Bought a home that needed new carpet ASAP -- walked in Tuesday morning, they let us take an entire carpet sample board to decide on color. They came and measured, we ordered the carpet (it wasnt in stock, they had to order it too), and it was installed Friday morning. Unbelievably fast! Very friendly staff in store, the installers not so much but they worked quick and did a great job. Highly recommend!

They have a very helpful staff- friendly and knowledgeable with a great selection. Prices are reasonable. Better experience than with the local big commercial chain stores. A pleasure doing business with them.

Totally dishonest. Quoted me for a 3 Room specially that would be $699. Tried to charge me double that price. At this point, I will go to Lowes or Home Depot.

Called earlier in the day to find out hours of operation...told theyd be open until 5pm...at 4:30 PM their doors were locked and lights were off. Dont tell people youre open till five if youre going to close early. You just lost a customer!
