This is a great place to stop in Valdosta for gas, drinks and snacks. However, this time the the problem is with the restrooms and the overall cleanliness. I can review the mens and my wife reviewed the womens.MensThe lighting was poor, making the restroom very dark. Next, nothing was clean and it smelled like a sewer! I would expect a much cleaner restroom these days because of COVID19. Also, there was no soap in the dispenser. I notified the person working.WomensAgain the lighting was poor, making it very dark. The sink was extremely dirty. My wife did have soap in the dispenser. Thats good. Overall very similar condition to the mens restroom!

........DO NOT SHOP THIS GAS STATION......I used a major credit and they charged by card $125.00 for $27.00 worth of gas. That was two days ago and the hold still has not been removed. #excessivecredithold

I love that it is open 24/7 seevice is great kind people..but seems like the atm machine got too go...i used it last month and end up leaving my card and wallet stuff in the bathroom the atm machine is unsafe for those getting money out in the middle night hours any schmo can pull up and take your money that atm should be maybe only available during daytime hours..before dusk an easy trap for theives...you may feel safe its well lit and near hotels but too much traffic going in out gas pumps just tottally a tourist trap...I SELDOM TAKE CASH OUT AND STAY WISE USE YOUR CARD MOST ALL THE TIME....TOURISTS NEED TOO PLAN AHEAD AND RUN ERRANDS AS SUCH DAYTIME UNFORTUNATELY

Stop for fuel and a week later my card was hacked trying to steal all my money

Our family drives I75 between Florida and Michigan multiple times a year. We just stopped here and we were the only people (out of over 20) that were wearing masks. Everyone was looking at us like WE were crazy. The bathrooms were trashed. The two women working were gossiping at the counter. We wont stop here again.

The staff here do not wear masks. And had a plexiglass shield behind the counter, not being used. Skip this gas station. Not clean and felt unsafe.

This is the BEST gas station I have ever been to. All of the cashiers I have seen are always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and organized.

As you can see in the reviews from months earlier, this place was in dismay. The owners pretty much removed all the staff and started over. Since then I have seen tremendous changes in the cleanliness, customer service, and overall experience I have had since. The store still needs a little work but it is getting there.. just stop in and see and you wont be displeased.

Im traveling for the holidays and I stopped here for gas and snacks. The place was slammed but the cashier was pleasant and expedient. Even though she busy beyond she still took the time to help a customer and with a smile. I advise anyone in this area to stop by.

Use unfiltered water in their slushies.Gas is fairly reasonably priced, but watered down. Caused my engine to miss a bit.Bathrooms didnt smell and was clean, so that was a plus.Overall, a sort of lower tier Raceway.

My family was horrified at both the men and women’s restrooms. They were nasty not only in smell but looked like they had not been cleaned or mopped in a very long time. The outside looks new, but the inside is awful.

I asked for gas and purchased chips and a water. The white cashier said this is two separate orders you will have to go to the back of the line. I asked him was he serious and he said “yes” it’s two separate orders and it would take too long. At this point, my blood was boiling so the black cashier asked him what was the problem and he explained so she took my order. It may not have been a racial issue but rather an ignorance issue. At least I hope so.I’m glad black cashier step in because I was so upset that in 2019 we are still having these problems plus I couldn’t see it ending well for either one of us. This occurred on 21 April 2019 at 1700 (5pm)

I stopped in here for gas and change for toll during my childrens birthday trip to Orlando and the experience was HORRIBLE!!! Im not sure if it was due to me looking very young even though im 48, however thats still no excuse for the cashier Ty commenting you cant get mad because I wont give you change after I yes walked away disturbed at the fact he refused to break a 20 for purchase of a banana stating he had no change....after I purchased $40 dollars of gas and snacks!!!! That is not a professional response to give ANYONE regardless of how they LOOK!!! TY NEEDS TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD!!! And the ladies restroom was filthy nasty!!!

My fam and I were on a road trip from iowa to Florida. We play a game-every time we stop for gas we each buy a scratch off ticket. We had gotten some winners earlier in the night that we couldnt cash until the morning so we stopped here to cash them and get some refreshments. My grandma had a bunch of change racked up from the trip down and went to grab a water, she was going to use the change she had to get it out of her purse. She sets the water on the counter and the woman with braids scans it and says the total in a mumbled tone. My grandma had the correct amount of change ready but wanted to make sure so she asked what was it?The woman responded :Im not dealing with your change and TOOK the water!! I could NOT believe my eyes, we also had terrible service with everything else we bought

I always make my pitstop here for gasoline to Florida and then again on my way home, prices are good, place is kept clean, friendly staff.

Just left the valdosta, ga location. Very disappointed!! This is the 3rd time Ive been here this week, and the same 2 young ladies are working. BOTH were on their phones, texting, with 2 lines of customers. VERY unprofessional!!

Convenient & easy to find right of the interstate.

Card reader in gas pumps was broken. One employee was busy with customers at the counter, the other was stocking shelves with her earbuds in. Couldnt hear me when I approached her from the side, only looked up and smiled. Well, at least she was friendly. I smiled back and went to another station.
