Lots of fun toys😂, great selection, helpful employees

The doors wouldnt open all the way, but otherwise the store was nice. The gentleman that helped us was able to locate what we needed and was polite. Cashier was nice. Had a decent selection of items. Was looking for a potty seat and was able to get one at a reasonable price.

The service here is really good, there are no long waits in line. The managers and the workers were really nice when I had a question about anything. If your looking for any thing for your kid(s) this is the place to go they have anything from board game to bikes to dolls to little scientists kits. The merchandise isnt really expensive.

This establishment is bankrupt and wont even take our kids gifts cards they have from birthdays...sad world....

I took my two grandsons to the Lego star wars event. Alexus was amazing. She was so patient and great with the kids she was patient and kind. Great experience.

This is an older style store straight out of my childhood. The products have changed but the bikes are in the same spot. As an added bonus, if you cant make it to a park, the electric mini cars will keep children busy for a while.

This is the most depressing Toys R us, ever. It is visually unappealing. Most Toy R Us stores make you wish you were still a kid. Not this one. It makes you wish you could hurry out. Unfortunately, the next closest store is 1 and 30 minutes away from me. Im more likely to make that trip or order online than return to this Toys R Us location.

This may have been the best Toys R Us I have been in. It reminded me of the one I use to go to when I was a kid. Absolutely awesome.

Went in to look at toys for my 5 month old twins and found wonderful things to help them learnband play. Service was great and cheerful as well as helpful. I definitely recommend this store.

Worst toys r us ever. Rude people work here... the store is always a mess... Id rather drive to another town than go to this store. I was next in line once, the lady said go to another line because Im closed. So I politely stepped over to the other line, where I was told. Sorry sir Im closed.. I didnt buy my items. Im military and these are the over privileged people I spend months away from my kids for... ones that cant stay late for a few costumers.... terrible place

We went here a few years ago. What I remember then and now.Dirty store, floors look like they have never been cleaned. The toys were scattered, wrong places, prices didnt match what was stated below. That was because toys were just placed where ever.My daughter had a gift card and decided since she could not find what she was looking for she would wait. We got it at the Toys R Us in Gainesville.

Taking into consideration of the actual population of Valdosta, Georgia -Lowndes County - in addition to all of surrounding counties, which are comprised of numerous small cities, towns, and communities from Waycross Georgia or above and/or northeastern parts of Florida, that actually prefer to shop in Valdosta over Savannah, Atlanta, Jacksonville, etc., the store is entirely too small. To many in Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida, Valdosta is the prime location to shop. Why? The convenient 45 - 90 minute commute time. For so many the actual time it takes to commute to Valdosta, along with the ease of navigating around Valdosta, is of much greater convenience than traveling further to bigger cities, especially when the majority of counties in-between rely solely on Walmarts monopolized shopping centers. Therefore, making Toys R Us and other major retail stores, alike, that cater to a certain niche with a specific clientele, a huge necessity to our area(s).Despite the current shopping season, which is aimed towards the toy and gaming industry, the Toys R Us in Valdosta, Georgia is significantly small in comparison to others. Each time I am there, the stock of merchandise is always lacking. The staff is always shorthanded, meaning you arent able to retrieve help when needed. The gaming area is a joke. Sections arent clearly identifiable minus the baby section. The hottest toys or trending toys for Christmas or certain seasons, like Summer, are either missing completely or extremely limited. All the characters of a childs television show are absent. The list just continues on and on in regards to the over crowding of aisles and lack of merchandise, which unfortunately hands over your initial clientele over to Walmart.Lastly, I do not understand why Toys R Us, as a whole or as an individual store, cannot gain access to other stores or merchandise warehouses in order to help with a customers order. Yes, the Valdosta location is able to locate the item across the East Coast; however, they cannot have for an example: a specific dollhouse shipped from New Jerseys Toys R Us warehouse to either their stores location or to my home. Yes, I do understand certain items, like a dollhouse, may be too large or too heavy to ship to someones home. Yet, I dont understand the inability to ship the item to the store, especially when the customer is willing to pay up front for said merchandise.In closing, the store in Valdosta is entirely too small to carry an abundance of merchandise. Its aisles are too crowded. The help in store is extremely limited, due to the small staff. Having stated all of the negativities involving the store, I will say this much for the store THE STORES MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY & UNEQUIVOCALLY AMAZING! THE COMPANY NEEDS MORE MANAGERS LIKE HER! (Im referring to either a night time shift manager on the 8th of December or the stores general manager, that worked this specific night. A promotion is in order for that amazing woman😊😊😊

Kids toys galore! Every toy imaginable! Actually the only toy I didnt see there was Peter Pan. My grandsons room theme is Peter Pan and we couldnt find anything Peter Pan in the store, but other than that, they had everything else you can think of!
