OMG!!!! FREAKING AMAZING BIKE SHOP!!! Met the owner Tony and the guy thats going to be taking over the shop Chris, who also did the work on my bike. Chris is a hard working black guy who was overwhelming nice and as a female made me feel right at home!!! Tony brought me inside outta the sun and got to relax in the AC after 3 days of searching for somewhere or someone to help me... Im heading to the west coast of Florida by Tampa coming from middle Ga by Macon and thought I could make it back till i saw thread showing on the back tier of my motorcycle. Being Saturday night everything was closed and of cores Sunday everything closed i was shocked Everything when Monday came the only place open was here Thank god!! What a blessing after motel rooms and so much money out just for somewhere to sleep and eat These guys really worked with me in helping me get back home safe!!!! Cant trust them to perform simple Mx tasks. Had them swap a tire and made sure to tell them to balance it as well.. guess what, they didnt remove the old wheel weights and just stacked more on the opposing side. Terrible.

They charged me for farrings to order plus installation. Told me its cool if I brought my parts up there, theyll put everything together when it comes. I find out today when I get to the shop they sold all my parts. More than likely never placed the order for my farrings, and closed.

I visited Dedicated Motorcycle Company for my first time today. I stopped in and bought a tire due to an emergency situation. Tony was very helpful, extremely nice, and got right to work when I showed up. Definitely the shop to stop at if you need anything for your motorcycle! I would like to say thanks to Tony and everyone else at Dedicate . I will surely be back!!

I am from out of town and wanted an oil change on the bike before I take the long trip back home. Tony and his team were very nice when I called them up and scheduled an appointment with me for the next day. They were quick with the work and also did additional maintenance that I knew had to be done soon but I was going to wait until I got home. I am very pleased with their service and would definitely stop by again for maintenance!

They changed my tires took 2 1/2 hours axle but was loose asked them how my breaks looks I was told they looked brand new the rear brake only has 1 pad the other one is bare metal sent a pic to one of the owner and she told me she don’t see the problem... then told me when she gets to the shop she will look at a set of new ones and compare... one of my breaks is completely gone and she can’t see the difference

Tony and his team are the best. They are very nice to their customers, and they do the best they can to make their customers feel happy. I traded my bike to get Yamaha R1 from Tony. This is the fast and good bike, so I really like it. Tony and his team help me a lot to make this bike to be perfect and they do the good. I’m always satisfy and happy at anytime when I come to dedicated motorcycle company. I will recommend this shop for everybody who loves motorcycle. (Five stars). I would highly recommend dedicated to a owner of any type of motorcycle. They are professional and they know there stuff. They are affordable and they work with you on prices. They are by far the best motorcycle shop in Valdosta.

The quality of work provided should cost way more than it does, but Dedicated takes care of their customers rides and wallets so that everyone leaves happy. Wouldnt dream of taking my bike anywhere else for maintenance and custom work. Every time I go, I get the best customer service and get to hang with some of the best in the business.

Best motorcycle shop in town!I first discovered them from other riders in the area inviting me to Thursday bike nights. A couple months later my bike broke down. Tony came with a trailer and picked it up for me. They changed my stator and rectifier and bike. Because of the great service I received I used them do some service stuff recently. I had them change the oil, new gold chain, sprockets and had them install some aftermarket levers. Maybe in the next couple months I will have them put new tires.

They done a great job fixing my husbands bike! Staff is very helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Great staff and owner. They lowered my Indian Roadmaster. They took good care of my bike, got the job done in a timely manner. They offered to take me home or pick me up had I needed a ride, even though I lived past the base. (about 20 miles north) Tony is a genuine person and shows interest in you, your bike issues or needs to buy or sell a bike. Recommend highly.

I have been looking for a reliable motorcycle shop for a while. I just got back from a year deployment and my bike needed some TLC bad. Tony picked my bike up the same day I called and had it ready to go the next day. He even offered to come pick me up. This place is great and just found out they offer storage. I will for sure use them to store my bikes the next deployment.

Owner was friendly however it took forever to get my atv back (almost a month) and when I did exhaust was loose spark plug was loose carburetor was loose valve cover was loose and it all the sudden had an oil leak it was an absolute nightmare would not recommend anyone take their atv here I cant speak for their ability to work on bikes but I can say I was very very unhappy with how my atv was returned to me I will not take anything else here nor will I ever recommend anyone take anything there so be weary when considering taking anything here to have work done

Had an awesome experience with these guys. I am on an around the country motorcycle trip out over 80 days and 10,000 miles on my trip so for looking at over 16,000 before I am done. I wanted a specific rear tire which I trusted and had gotten me over 8k so far, a dual sport tire. Then all parts departments called wanted me to pay in advance for the tire and would not assure me what day would arrive. Some wanted me to leave bike as deposit as well after explaining my circumstance. I needed a spefic tire replacement. I wanted a specific tire. I called around many shops on route of my travels. All seemed so difficult to aqurire the tire and then getting in line to install. It is a one stop deal for me in my travels. I called this shop in Valdosta, Ga. Mapped Valdosta in my travels. I happened to reach the owner explaining my journey and what I wanted. Figured I would be in Valdosta in two days. He said no worries. We will have your tire in two days. We will install it for you on the spot and change your oil as you are requesting when you show. I am like oh, this sounds too good. So I offered my credit card to prepay. He said no we do not need that. Just show and we will take care of you. He texted me the address so I could map. I am thinking how unusual, we will do this just based on word. It just seemed comparably too easy. Well it was just that easy. I should up. They smiled, you guy on the road. We got your tire. We will have your tire mounted and oil changed within the hour. The techs were all smiles and very friendly. I had been on the road and was hot and tired. This guy led me to a lounge with a very comfy sofa and ice cold AC. He gave me a soda and had a giant screen TV for me to watch if I liked. I am like, am I in biker heaven? Then the owner came back and we chatted. He wanted to know all about my trip. Extremely nice guy. We had a real nice chat. They had my tire and my oil changed in no time. They offered me facilitiy to shower and wash my clothes. They did a great job. I felt like I made a number of friends as bonus. The price was right. I was thinking in perfect world all people would be like this. It was above and beyond service and hospitality.

Great place friendly staff has an awesome waiting room with stuff to do while you wait on your bike to be looked at/repaired.
