I was pleasantly surprised. They sold and mounted new tires and a very reasonable price and where very quick to complete the work. I did some comparison shopping but this is where I ended up. Highly recommend.

Awesome service! Easter Sunday and my daughter was about to head back to college when we noticed the rear tire was low on air. Upon inspection we located a screw. Brought it to Sonoma Tire Repair and they patched it on the spot in less than 20 minutes. Back on the road in no time! Thank you.

Ended up with a blade in my tire on Thanksgiving. Had to have the tire replaced they next day. I expressed my issues to the attendant. He was patient and understand. Replaced my tire and was nice enough to put the spare back correctly. I was out of there within 10 minutes. Quality customer service.

Not satisfied I was recommended to them by Solano Tire I went for a wheel alignment and wheel barring 3 days straight I go to them afterwork to see if parts they ordered for my car came in and all they can say was try back tomorrow the first day I went things were fine they took my info and said theyll call when my parts arrive the 2nd day never got a call and when I showed I was told the guy was off nothing more and the 3rd day they said tomorrow I said never-ending ill go somewhere else bad customer service no follow up or communication will never come back

May 19, I had the misfortune of hitting a 20 foot extension ladder on highway 80 while driving my Prius, ladder was wedged under my front axle. AAA got me taken care of and back on the road but there was a section of aluminum stuck in the under carriage.I took the car to Sonoma Tire Center, they put it on the Lift, removed about 3 feet of aluminum which was wrapped around the front axle, Shan did a quick inspection and sent me on my way, he also did it for free !!?Sonoma Tire will be my place for all future tire and brake needs, great service, very friendly, Thanks for Great Service.!!!!!

Okay first off. . If You Know me and know how i am..i get the best deal on what ever i buy....i called around Santa Rosa for the day.. called every shop gave them all a chance at getting me tires & rims for the price i was quoted. ... just for tires on my truck where hung to be $1500 bucks for tires.... so i got online craigslist and found Shaun at Sonoma tire shop.... we talked i told him what i was doing & looking for.. called me back 10 minutes later and i had the rims & tires i wanted on the truck for $1,600 out the door .... so i set my appointment up the next day and i got my rims & tires put on and wow iam so happy with the ride and the performance of the tire. .... very happy to write this review today as a happy way to start the new year off right with a bang..!!Thank you Shaun for everything and i will be back again.....
