When I dont feel like crossing the bridge or just want a quick come up for my husband, kids or myself, SP is it! Plus they have some cool staff and great customer service.

Amazing store, people, and customer service! I was greeted when i walked in and was asked if i needed help by the employees. Employees are respectful and proper from my experience. The manager with colored hair, directed me to items they had on sale, Told about new items in store also. They have many items on sale and i was constantly asked if i needed help by almost all employees or all of them actually. I was helped by a kid named johnny i believe, He helped me look for sizes in their clothing and shoes. Not much my size but he showed me what they did have my size and ended up buying couple pairs of shoes for myself and my sons. Was a quick and good experience and i was able to be there in and out. Good selection of shoes but not much sizes. Store seems clean because of how the workers would wipe down the shelves and front counter. Definetly will be shopping there again!

Customer service is great. Employees always welcome u with a smile and acknowledge you as soon as u enter. Are readily available to help u look for whatever u may need in the store.

They had the shoes I wanted but not in my shoe size

They have a nice variety of dress & athletic shoes. I would have liked to have seen all of the sales advertised on the products. This place was clean and has great staff.

The worst shoe buying experience of my life!! Long lines, poor customer service, sus employees. Never again. Me, and my green dollars, anywhere but here.

I’m here right now and this is the most UNPROFESSIONAL and suspect experience I have ever had at a shoe store. There is at least 5 to 10 employees hanging out at the door and nobody is helping the customers. Then there is a guy in the store selling his own shoes unrelated to Shoe Palace...I needed a size 7, it’s my son’s birthday and all the door guy said was “Look on that wall that says RUN” excuse me?! Yeah I won’t be patronizing here. I suggest you guys stop in to your stores and see how your employees are conducting themselves.

Great service and any style should you want it at your need

My Fiancé bought a pair of Nike’s for him and a pair for Me.. When he got home I opened the box and pulled out the shoes, and couldn’t believe it.. these are ALL WHITE NIKE’S and it looks like someone spilled coffee or soda on one of my shoes and tried to clean it off! We will be going to return these shoes today or tomorrow and I will update my post and let you guys know how they handle my return because this is absolutely not okay ! (And yes they sold the shoes to us at FULL PRICE) hahaha what did they think I wasn’t gonna really check out my new shoes and just throw them on LOL these shoes cannot be sold to anyone unless the customer is aware of this issue ! I wonder if one of the employees wore these shoes one day thinking no one would notice and spilled on em n just put the shoes back up .. hhhhhhmmmmmmm

Went in today to look for shoes. Asked if they would check for any women’s shoes in my size. They said they wouldn’t have any. Didn’t check. I asked again, they showed me one single pair. Told me to look at men’s shoes. NBD, but they didn’t have colorways that I were interesting to me.Went online and found the shoes I saw in store for much cheaper and in my size.I don’t understand why they don’t carry large women’s shoe sizes in multiple shoes, and if they do why they would let them run out of stock/ not offer to let me purchase for home/ store delivery.This is why people spend their money online. I really wanted to support my local store. This is the death knell of the brick and mortar establishment.

Called for Jordan release.Little mousy voice chick is beyond annoying. She says they don’t have the shoes but puts a lil kid reseller on the phone to ask if I want to buy his shoes for more than retail. Wait what you don’t work for the store but you want me to pay you more than the shoes cost.I called to buy the shoe from the store not some fake shoes from some little kid. This place is notorious for being robbed anyway I see why now! Shady business for sure.
