I took my Armada in for service on the heating system and the dealership told us that we had to pay 134.00 for a diagnostic charge however they called back at end of day and didn’t find out what was wrong with the heating system and said that they had to keep car overnight to diagnose it some more however in order to do that I had to pay another diagnostic fee. Then an half hour later they called back and said car was fixed we picked car up paid over $300.00 for the service took car home and the car isn’t working. We actually paid for nothing. I would never do business with this dealership ever again. I am now taking my truck into another dealership to get the same thing done the right way. Dealerships are individually own and they definitely take advantage of people

I was the 2nd person in line waiting for service for a simple oil change. They opened at 730 am, I didnt get out of there till after 9am...for a simple oil change. The woman at the counter couldnt even pronounce my name properly and its not that hard. My previous visit she also charged me for an oil change I had a coupon for and I had to drive all the way back for a refund. I dont know why theyre always rushing the paperwork there.

The whole Saturday team was awesome! I was greeted promptly and courteously Saturday morning. I went inside where I was taken care of by a friendly efficient female service manager. I then walked to the extremely clean and neat waiting room. There was a bonus! One of my favorite television channels was on, HGTV. The rest room was very clean. I appreciated all of these small but important details.Thank you!

I walked in and was greeted very nicely and then set up with salesman Hector Aguilo. He quoted me a very fairy lease price right away on the car I was interested in. He said if they don’t have the right one that he will assuredly get it for me. I thanked him and left. I was fact finding and looking at other makes of SUVs as well. It was my first time getting an SUV, we just had a baby and I wanted to look at a few options as a second car for us. It was clear that Hector was the easiest to deal with and was being very fair and honest, no games. I called him back. He had the car I wanted and I upgraded to a premium package. He again gave me a great deal with no BS and when I went there to close he even save me a few more bucks which I used to purchase tire/wheel/damage insurance at a very reasonable rate. Everyone at the Gregoris Mtrs was really pleasant and easy to deal with. It was the most low stress car buying experience I’ve ever had and I got a great deal to boot! Thank you guys!! I highly recommend and will recommend them to anyone looking to get quality service and a great price on a car, no doubt!

Went in for inspection, oil change and a recall. Waited longer than anticipated but that is ok as long as the car is running as it should. I asked to have the tire pressure checked which they did not do and a couple of other friends of mine who had the same recall got either a free oil change or a free inspection and I got nothing. Disappointed in that. Past experiences have been great overall and I will be going back in the future, Maria in service is the best.

I got a c service here on my Nissan Altima which included a brake inspection, oil change, and road test. The worker informed me that I needed my front brakes changed. When I bought in my car it had a slight screeching sound when I picked it up it was very loud. Nissan failed to perform a rode test because this would have been recognized. Also my car’s mileage only went up by one mile from when I bought it in. Nissan also failed to update my oil change mileage on a sticker and/or in my car. When I bought it back they informed me that the screeching sound is from my rear brakes not the front and that the rear are aftermarket which I find hard to believe because I bought my car new and never had the any of the brakes changed until this occurrence. If this was the case that sound should’ve been noticeable before I bought the car in because I did not have the rear brakes changed. Now I bought my car to another dealer, they said Nissan only changed the pads and not the rotors and the sound is coming from the front and back brakes. I paid over $700 for lousy service and a headache as a reminder every time I drive. I do not recommend at all.

Stay away from this dealer. Unprofessional, incompetent and deceitful. Long story short. Signed a contract and arranged for pickup a week later. Two days later were told would be financed by a certain bank at a set rate. Two days later we would need to change all the insurance info because now it was a different bank. Day of pickup the loan amount was bumped $2400 because they had to add a warranty to increase the loan amount. Also the original rate was bumped by 50%. After being there almost 3 hrs we left with the car for about $600 over the agreed upon price. A reputable dealer would have called prior to our arrival to discuss the loan issue instead of springing the issue on us.

I made an appointment to have my car checked out and it took 2 weeks for them just to tell me its my transmission, gave me excuses that guys were out sick and that other cars had warranty. After my transmission was replaced (rebuilt) I picked up my car paid my bill drove away I hear my car making a funny sound, so I turned around brought it back the supervisor ask the mechanic to test drive it. The mechanic can back with an attitude saying nothing was wrong, well he was wrong, and another mechanic there found the problem, there service is poor, and I would never recommend anyone

My transmission was rebuilt 9 months ago on my 2011 Nissan Cube.The rebuilt transmission went bad now Nissan wants me to pay for another transmission rebuilt costing $4000.Because I’m over the warrant of the rebuilt transmission by the mileage. Highly disappointed in Nissan.They essentially sold me a 9months transmission. How can a remanufactured transmission last for only 9 months .

Very bad experience that did put my life in danger I did bring my car in to replace the front brakes and the technician who worked on my car didnt torque the lug nuts and wheel lock which resulted in my car breaking down on the highway and towing them to the service center. This was within the warranty limit for the parts and labour they warranty within the 90 days/ 4000 miles .They gave me lame excuses and made me pay for the bill of around $430 to replace the Rim and i had to pay out of my pocket for the rent a car as well They recommended another repair of close to $2500 . My life was in danger on the highway just because somebody didnt do their job right.Now when i drive above 60 miles per hour my car shakes..I will never go here again

This parking lot was hard to get into and even harder to find a spot. 98% of the lot was taken up by cars. Once we found the practically only spot available, my mom and I looked around for a few minutes before we were greeted by a salesman. We explain that we were looking for something small so he showed us the Sentra and Altima. The car was nice, but once he explained that to do power seats, you would have to also do leather, we said thanks, but no thanks. The dealership seemed nice and clean.

I bought my 2014 Nissan Versa Note SV in June 2013 when it first came out. I love my little car. I am 63 and it gives me ample leg room. My Salesmans name was Nick Simone. He never pressured me and was very polite and helpful. I always have to try on my cars just like my clothes because of my height. I am writing today because someone stole my cars rims and tires Dec. 17,2014. It was parked in front of my house when the theft took place. I have turned it into Nissan to get it fixed because they made sure that tires were put on it for towing. Maria in the Service Department is helping me with the Insurance documentation requirements. If you buy this model please get wheel locks, then you will have no regrets.

WARNING! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I am the owner of a 2012 Subaru Outback. While on vacation in the New York area, my check engine light came on. I suspected a loose gas cap, but the check engine light did not go off even after securing the gas cap. As I still had about 800 miles to drive on my vacation, I thought I’d get it checked out and Gregoris Subaru/Nissan in Valley Stream was closest to me at the moment so I drove there. I arrived at 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. As I explained my situation with the check engine light and still having 800 miles to drive, the 3 service advisors told me flatly that their mechanics were about to go home (the service department was supposed to be open until 6pm!) and that they would not be able to check my car until 2 days later. The 3 service advisors did not budge from their seats and made no efforts whatsoever to be helpful, discuss or reassure me regarding my situation.I ended up driving a few miles up the road to AutoZone, where in 5 minutes and at no charge, they plugged into my car’s diagnostics and found that it was likely a loose gas cap and not some other major problem. With this reassurance, I continued on my vacation and the check engine light eventually went off.So – Gregoris Subaru/Nissan couldn’t take 5 lousy minutes to help out a Subaru owner in some distress while on vacation, while Autozone could??!! I found their 3 service advisors to be unfriendly, dismissive, unprofessional, uncaring and rude. My 2 minutes in their office was probably the WORST customer service experience that I can recall in my life (I am in my mid-50s). It makes me wonder what kinds of standards Subaru and Nissan expect from their dealers and will make me much less likely to purchase another Subaru in the future.Anyone considering this Gregoris Subaru/Nissan should think twice and read reviews elsewhere. It is clear that I’m not the only one who has had a horrible experience with Gregoris Subaru/Nissan. I suggest that you AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Stay away from this place didnt buy my nissan from them but Ive been servicing it with them for the pass two years thought i was getting excellent service till i spoke to a friend when he heard what they were charging me he could not believe it.He referred me to another nissan dealership and it was then i found out i was paying almost double at gregoris for the same service things like oil change and getting new breaks gregoris even told me after an inspection that i failed certain points and my car needed service changes which i passed at the other dealership.These people will rob you with a smile you will get a shiny pen an a cheap car wash though after you spent almost twice as much Im sure you payed for both,but i guess its the american way you pay for what you dont know.Capitalism at its finest

Terrible experience all the way around. Extremely unprofessional! Owner was yelling at employees and using very explicit profanity while my wife and I were there trying to make a deal. Called dealership prior to traveling the 3 hours it takes to drive there from our home to make sure car was still available as we wanted to purchase immediately, yet upon arrival there was not a finance guy in the dealership that day and the car that was listed for sale as a certified preowned had not yet been certified. Then we were told to submit our credit app online and they would be in touch with us. The next day the price of the car went up by $1000 and then was allegedly sold for $500 over asking price to a cash buyer that came in some time after my wife and I were already in the process of trying to purchase it. Nissan corporate was contacted and alledgedly asked the dealer to call and apologize but it has been a week and still nothing. Do not recommend doing business with this company. I wish I had read other online reviews prior to wasting my time!!

I decided to finance a certified used 2013 Nissan Sentra in October of 2015 and by December of 2015 the car broke down while I was driving it! Turns out that after I drove it for less than 2000 miles in a matter of less than 3 months, that the car had a major transmissional defect. Given that I was covered under warranty, I didnt have to pay for repairs but the service center gave me hell to get a free of charge rental car. It then took them 14 days to return the car. For this reason I then plead and spoke with multiple people, in person, inside the dealership to find a way to rid myself of this unreliable car and they were all equally unperfessional and disrespectful. After 2 hours of arguing I was told that I had no options other than keeping the car if I didnt want to spend additional money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership!!! Go somewhere else!!!
