When I picked up my car I saw something sticky on the mat. I asked the worker how did this happen. The worker said it was like that. I asked for a water hose and he said they didnt have one and walked away. I didnt bring my car in with a sticky mess on the mat. I also know that a service center has a water hose. Im really ticked off at these people. They dont even try to pretend to be accommodating.
I purchased my Subaru from this dealership, and needed to service it at their service center for a minor problem- they did NOT fix my car, when I got it back I still had the same issue. I called them to let them know The issue was not resolved, they told me I would need to bring it back in and pay for it to be serviced again. Not to mention, they have poor customer service, they didn’t want to give me a loaner, I had to speak to a manager to get a loaner, luckily I did because they kept my car for over a week the first time they worked on it. If you are a woman go to another place for service or go with a man who knows about cars so they don’t take advantage of you. Also do not buy any of their service packages because they do not honor them. ZERO STARS!
Brought my 2021 Subaru Forester with a few issues like Cruise control not working automatic start stop system not working automatic vehicle hold not working. Was told they would take a look at it. 2 hours later Maria calls me that everything is working nothing is faulting I asked if I could have a technician come out and show them the Issue I was told no to come back if the issue isn’t fixed.The issues were not fixed all they wanted to do was change my oil and send me off about my day. just because there is no light on in the dash doesn’t mean there isn’t a problem with a system. I expect this from Nissan I don’t not expect it from Subaru this location doesn’t represent Subaru standards look else where for your car maintenance or issues that come up.

We have had four Subarus and we go here because it is the closest to us. We have always found this service department to be rude and dismissive. I have a brand new Forester whose windshield cracked without an impact, but they claim they can see --with a magnifying glass -- a tiny point of impact. The car is three weeks old and they wont cover the repair, despite several forums online that talk about Subaru windshields spontaneously cracking. There is a recall and a class-action suit about it. I think this will be my last Subaru.
This service department is very unprofessional and they have no customer appreciationAs soon as you walk in the doorThey are rude and sarcastic The owners should be ashamed of there selves for allowing such conduct. I recommend that corporate suburu do something about this cause they are tarnishing there name.
My issue with them is their ethics. I went in there for a class C vehicle service which means 15,000 miles service. Service cost well over $300. I was told that the cabin filter was dirty and would need to be replaced for an additional $80. Why not just tell me since Im already there sure we can replace the filter now because youre here the part cost $20. Im already being charged for labor so why rake me over the coals for another 80 bucks. Arent you getting enough money out of the already overpriced C Service. Bottom line Look for alternatives, Google, read the reviews, go on the Subaru website or better yet Subaru pages on Facebook. Find out if you need to be trapped by the local Subaru service department. Analyze carefully what service you really need because this service department will only try to charge additional expenditures without customer service in mind. You shouldnt take your car in for service and feel like youre being pressured or on the spot. They also asked me to give them a good review when Subaru sends me the customer satisfaction survey which is unethical also.

This is a truly family owned, old school business. They still have ethics and when something doesnt go right, they make it their business to fix it. They do an amazing job on vehicles. This service center is really good. The service at the desk is welcoming and honest. The mechanics are also open and upfront. I actually enjoyed the waiting room, free coffee, free wifi, a clean bathroom.I bring my 2016 outback for all its service appointments. I would recommend getting here before 7:30 am if youre looking to wait for your car in the morning. Overall fantastic service.

Always have an Eerie feeling when we come here.Purchased the 2019 outback a year back car at Gregoris so came here for service - Today my wife went in to get an oil change done and while she was there, I had asked her to get the drain plug replaced ( generally costs $3-4 at their own parts shop ) which they would have had to take off anyways for the oil change.The service Manager had the audacity to come to my wife & tell her it was going to be an additional $134.99 to INSPECT the drain plug on top of the overpriced $80 synthetic oil change. (Probably had to make for the fact that we had a FREE oil change coupon from when we purchased the car)When she refused and asked for the car back, she was told she needed to sign a release because the car had not had an oil change since last august not knowing I had (2) regular & timely oil changes done at another location since we were at this location last.I would recommend STAY AWAY !!! Plenty of Genuine dealers that charge a lot less and provide Excellent service on the Island.GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE !!!

I would like if they could speak to the costumers with a little respect. Also not all the costumers doesnt know about cars. Like me for instance i rebuild cars. And he speak to me like Im a fool. If not for the recall on my truck I would fix it on my own.

If I could give this less than 1 * I would. It requires a close to 30 minute wait to drive your car into a service entrance, where you must sit with your car well while service people stand there and tell you that you must move your car yourself. After expressing concern about the delay I was told by the service manager that this is how theyve been doing it for 40 years and it works quite well. Clearly it works very well for Subaru service but it certainly doesnt work well for any of the customers that need to wait on a long line and are trying to get to work. This will probably be the last car our family purchases through gregoris
I got a c service here on my Nissan Altima which included a brake inspection, oil change, and road test. The worker informed me that I needed my front brakes changed. When I bought in my car it had a slight screeching sound when I picked it up it was very loud. Nissan failed to perform a rode test because this would have been recognized. Also my car’s mileage only went up by one mile from when I bought it in. Nissan also failed to update my oil change mileage on a sticker and/or in my car. When I bought it back they informed me that the screeching sound is from my rear brakes not the front and that the rear are aftermarket which I find hard to believe because I bought my car new and never had the any of the brakes changed until this occurrence. If this was the case that sound should’ve been noticeable before I bought the car in because I did not have the rear brakes changed. Now I bought my car to another dealer, they said Nissan only changed the pads and not the rotors and the sound is coming from the front and back brakes. I paid over $700 for lousy service and a headache as a reminder every time I drive. I do not recommend at all.
If you’re coming for an oil change, make sure sure that you bring a laptop, snacks, a tent, a 3 bedroom apartment with a bed, and another car.They have staff that just decides not to show up, and the staff that does show up, which is about 2 people, take a myriad of breaks and just stop working. Very creative.Be prepared to wait 3 hours for your car to go inside and another 1h and 30m for them to get something done.Disappointing.
If it was possible to give them 0 stars I would. I was referred to this dealership from a salesman from another dealership because he was friends with the manager. The manager, Bob, who is no longer with them was nice and understanding. He would attempt to help in anyway he could. Now that he’s gone this place is terrible. My first experience with a service writer there was terrible. I was dealing with someone with a half of a brain. The next two times I went I got Maria as my service write. She seemed alright, kinda moody and definitely not in any rush to finish my receipt and get me out of there. I called and spoke to Maria when I had an emergency with my car and she gave me some nonsense run around and told me that I had to wait three days to bring the car in. I explained that I’m a teacher, couldn’t take a day off for the car and that needed to get to work. She could careless, didn’t help problem solve, and was terrible with customer service. Then I call today for an issue that will take 20 minutes on a Saturday morning and be covered by my warranty— first I get the “know it all” receptionist who by the way knows nothing, then I get the phone call back from Maria explaining that they can’t do any diagnostic work on a weekend because they’re only there until 1pm, and the “know it all” receptionist tried to tell me that they wouldn’t be able to get I touch with the warranty company on a Saturday. So what did I pay all that money for a Nissan warranty? I called Nissan corporate, made a complaint and got set up for a Saturday diagnostic appointment that will be covered by my contract. Gregoris is terrible. They have terrible customer service and they change their service management like they change their underwear. Catch a clue! You guys get bonuses based on customer service. Never again!
I know your business is making money but when you upcharge someone for labor that is an insult to your customer. How parts could cost $89 and labor cost $222 and then you try and charge another $80 for a service that isn’t even necessary and shouldn’t cost as much, it is insulting. I will never do business with you people again.

Just moved to the area and was hoping to become a loyal Subaru customer here. But unfortunately I had one of the worst telephone experiences of my life. They should not have Virginia answering the phones. If the service is equivalent to the telephone manners of Virginia, then I would never bring my car here for any service. When I kindly asked to speak with her supervisor, she refused to pass the phone and she refused to provide the name of her supervisor. If I could give zero stars, i would!
Worst dealer service dept I have ever used. I have a 2004 Nissan Xterra with 80,000 moles, every two years my catalytic converter failed. Everytime I bought it in Ive told them the supercharger has a different exhaust system. All three times they ordered the wrong parts leaving me without my truck for 3 to 4 weeks. I had to rent a car because they refused me a loaner. I would not give these people another dime of my money or my time.
Service manager Robert was very rude!! Hanged the phone up on me twice! I had an appointment scheduled this morning by another service manager and on my way to the appointment I called and was given the run around! I got annoyed that I cleared my Saturday morning to accommodate this appointment. He bluntly hanged the phone up on me. Robert you are very unprofessional and I will be reporting you to Nissan headquarters! You need some customer training training or refresher course!!

Horrible place. They told me they put the same oil in all cars even with very high mileage. They also said I told them what kind of oil to put in the car and thats not true. I went in and said I need a oil change thats all. Two different people were telling me two different things in there. Also they charged me $50.00 for cheap regular oil for a Nissan sentra. I will never go there again. They are suppose to know about the car thats why I went to a Nissan service center. You are better off just going to get a oil change at a gas station.

I needed to bring my car in for service so I utilized their website to request a service appointment nearly 2 weeks ago. I entered all my information so they could contact me. The site doesnt let you chose a day and time slot like most other dealerships. No big deal....they will contact me. It showed appointments available as of 10/31....which has come and gone. I never heard from Gregoris and my car has already been fixed on 10/27 elsewhere. I guess they didnt want or need my business....
Our car died and we were 50 miles from Home, found this dealer explained our circumstance requested a loaner while they service our vehicle. We were denied and told since we didnt purchase the car there they could not provide a loaner. At that point requested assistance in getting a Rental and told they dont work with any rental agencies. This is very suspect since the Subaru Dealers in Westchester and Rockland have no problem in providing loaners when your car is in for service. At any rate picked up our car with check engine light still on as further service is needed and they didnt have the part. The only reason they a getting 2 stars is the mechanics called and explained the problem thoroughly.👍👍

Well I have been going to this place since I leased my car two years now. They were great up until last week when I brought my car in for an inspection an oil change. The inspection was suppose to be free cause I had coupons that they give u when u lease a car from Nissan. Well by the time I left out of there I ended up spending way more then just an inspection an oil change the rep told me I need to do the c plan which is check all plugs wheel liniment battery check rotation of tires oil change an carbon filter. Smh like really back in Oct 2018 another rep told me that I wouldnt need the C plan because I havent reached 32,000 miles or over mind u my car is only at 17,702 an had it for two years already. So was there from 7:30 first come first served so was number 3 they open at 8am didnt leave out of there until 10 an the car was sitting outside ready at 9:30 I kept walking checking on the car I asked the rep why havent u call me he said hes busy mean while my car is just sitting outside.. well finally he took me cause I wasnt going to go an sit down . So he started putting the info in the computer an he charged me for an inspection that I had given him a coupon I said why are you charging for an inspection so he took back the receipt an did it over so as I was reading what he was charging me for he told me to go to the end an let a lady very nice lady Doreen help me cause he didnt like the fact that I was reading to make sure he didnt mess up again. Bottom line went in for a 77$ job left out with 378$ so called job . Doreen called two days after I explained everything Im writing in this review she said she was going to tell the manager which I think she did because i got a call from a guy name Mark Smith he was looking to fix the issue i told him i will return his call cause i was at work . Called him about 8 time already some lady name Marry keep telling me hes with a customer or on the phone. By the way if you checking the battery arent you suppose to remove any corrosion from around it oh yes I checked under my hood . They really need two change the two rep in the front not good at all only ripping people off.

However that Wednesday I was told I never got an appointment and would have to schedule an appointment for the following week. Will never go back. Very rude
Horrible customer service. My car sat there for 4 hours without being touched. When I asked how much longer she said that it will be another hour or two before they can bring it in. I asked her why because I had an 8:30 appointment and it was now 12 and she said that they take cars that need faster service in first. So although i brought my car in at 8:30 she told me that they people walking in behind me will get there car done first. I asked her why I wasnt told this when I dropped it off and she couldnt give me an answer. That is absolutely ridiculous. So my car has been sitting there for hours and ontop of that shes telling me that it will be another hour or two before they start. Not because they were extremely busy but because my car needed more than an oil change. None of this information was conveyed when I dropped my car off in the morning. As I was angrily walking out is when she changes her mind and says ohh the guy can take it now. No thanks, I dont want to have my car service at a place that only pays attention to me when I get upset. Will never return.

The service isnt all that bad but if you purchased a car and there is a recall on it. They wont provide a car rental which makes no sense b.c now u have to go more than a day with out your car that you paid for to get around.
