Not sure about the bad reviews but I can say for my own experience Santiago is a man of his word he helped me out in these hard times to receive my barber chair during this whole covid-19 pandemic as he sent his own man and truck to deliver my chair over 400 miles away within 3 days of ordering!!... Top Notch quality, Dedicated and best design in the industry!!! A++

Im a new salon owner that was looking for a salon equipment and did my search and found Aro Equipment I am extremely happy how everything turned out I had my stations custom made to exactly what I was looking for and for a good price. Claudia and Santiago were very helpful and made sure everything came out exactly how I wanted. My salon is been opened 5 months now and Im still going back to Aro Equipment to get more equipment and products.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING! This guy is a straight crook...lies and says that Sally’s and Mr.B buys equipment from him...all of his equipment is very poor quality and faulty. I’m just waiting for his comment back saying “who are you? You are not our customer” Trust me I’ve made the same mistake. Don’t waste your time or money here. Go to Mr.B in Freeport. Don’t purchase any products from him either because they are expired. How his business is still open is beyond me.

I have been a customer to aero beauty for over 12 years, furniture quality is durable and long lasting. After 12 years I decided to upgrade, old furniture was still in useable condition. Santiago is a man of his word and has fixed and replaced things that were manufactured defects with no problem. I can rely on his durable furniture and not only is it durable but it is unique furniture! When looking for good quality and customer service aero is the go to furniture store, you will not get this type of service from other store

The best equipment and service I received . I did buy in their warehouse in Valley Stream, NY, got in love, made my purchase, choose my equipment and brought it with me same day . Quality is very cheap, the owner told me that they buy chairs back and when I was ready to get rid of the chair he told me that he didn’t have any room for it, he also acts like someone else at times. Overall very bad experience, save your money and go to another store. I regret spending my money here.

False advertisment !Dont waiste your time overpriced! Not whole sale And they do not sell used hair salon equipment like advertised on craigslist . They literaly had 1 beat up used styling chair. And only 1 sink that matched one chair that was new they advertise that they have lots in stock when they dont . I drove one hr thinking they were whole sale and had lots of used equipment. And they dont have a bathroom supposedly it was out of order .

What my experience with Aro beauty equipment can be described as, they were professional and if I had something that had to be replaced they attended to it immediately. I found them to be very plesent.

Horrible customer servive and very overpriced. The same item he was selling me for $1,000 in store was listed on his Craigslist for $500. Dishonest and overpriced and greedy person, would not recommend at all!
