Good choice but no help whatsoever in the shop.We asked if the pieces we wanted could actually go up the (very steep) stairs and were assured they would get them to the upstairs bedroom but when the delivery arrived they refused to even attempt to do so.When I called the manager at the shop to try and see what could be done he was incredibly rude and denied any knowledge of the agreement.

Good local suppliers of good quality furniture. Placed order.

Place had friendly staff,  but for some reason no stock so I had limited choice for next day delivery. But either way they had some great options they sell plenty of things from beds to wardrobes to desks and coffee tables. Prices are okay, they also do installation services which Im hoping to see  nicely done tomorrow. Try it out.

Wanted a large double wardrobe for my sons flat on the FIFTH floor in. Victoria Avenue. We knew it would be tight in terms of the size of the lift. Nick the sales guy took time to work it through with us. Their delivery guys turned up at the agreed time (no morning or afternoon some time nonsense) they unpacked, erected and took away the packing materials as part of the price. So no visits to ikea, no crowds, no screwdriver required. Job done on time professionally, so great service we will be back

Visited with my friend who is disabled and in a motorised scooter/chair... the lady in the store was more than happy to fetch a rather heavy ramp to allow my friend access to the shop... once inside we were left to look around at our leisure as well as being given all the information and pricing data required. Was initially really pleased with the service and loved the range of products. Was told that the items that I chose and paid for would be delivered in 6 weeks, but in the end after constant phoning it took 13 weeks before my items arrived. The items are of very good quality and value and only let down by the stress of waiting for the delivery.

Purchased some lounge furniture earlier this year. I had a problem with the lights inside one of the display units. The manager came round personally to sort it out. You would not get this type of service with the bigger outlets so very impressed and would definitely recommend them and especially their aftersales service which is unfortunately lacking elsewhere . Fabulous independent furniture store. You dont get jumped in or hounded by staff. Furniture is all excellent standard. Sold to us. They even take away the old furniture for free!!!!!

A very nice, old fashion type store with plenty of choice across the price ranges. Knowledgeable and helpful staff who are happy to stay in the background until asked, which is a big plus for me.

Salesman did not seem interested. Finished some paperwork before looking at me, and even took another phone call. Afterwards, and since I was the only person in the shop, I asked if he could switch off the awful so-called music blaring in every room. He just dismissed my request. No, he said its piped in. Not even the hint of a smile. I was tempted to ask if it was piped in from Timbuctu or the adjacent office.I liked the choice of furniture, but I bought my three-piece suite from the shop on Sutton Road.
