I went to get my makeup done for my mothers funeral. When I walked in it was very busy and I became emotional. Kenyana was the artist who helped me. She came over to me to ask if I was okay. While she did my makeup she was talking to me about all the products at mac and asking me if I need to take a break in case I got to emotional. We laughed and talked through out the whole time and I felt so at ease. She was so helpful in every way. She even went through each item that I was going to purchase and told me what they can do for me s she was amazing.

This MAC counter is well run, clean and efficient & the staff is so knowledgeable! The girls have such patience even when they are super busy! I love this location!

If I could give a 0 star I would. I went to 3 different ladies for help the most nasty attitudes ever. The ladies look like they were sleepy and did not want to even being working. I turned away and drove to Sephora . Mac you need to train your employees better.

Not helpful at all, they wear all that makeup n still cant hide the nasty attitudes. Ive never seen women so catty n disgusting.

Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Go somewhere else.

This is probably one of the WORST Mac counters there is ! The customer service has always been pretty bad but over the past couple of years its gotten beyond that.
