The guy that help me was great. He was kind and attentive, will definitely purchase from here again, in fact I left my old sundglasses for repair after speaking with guy. Wish I had gotten his name.

From the moment I walked in Aaron greeted me warmly and was so helpful! I went in because I was not happy with the style of the glasses I had bought and even though they were past the return date the manager was so kind and let me exchange for a pair that was just my style! I’m visiting from England and my sister wanted to return a pair of sunglasses she received from her ex-husband and had never worn. They were brand new.. so she thought that instead of returning it, she could perhaps exchange it for something that I like instead, and that would be a lovely present for me. So after several tryings-on of all the various brand-name ones, I settled on a beautiful pair of Ray-Ban. The store attendant Howard (972468) was ever so helpful and extremely patient! We took ages! I just could not make up my mind even though he kept bringing sunglasses after sunglasses! I could see the poor man was perhaps tired, but he tried his best to tolerate us and tried to smile at times. Anywho.. I just wanted to say: thank you Howard (972468), for your help and support and for your patience. I’m sure you’re an asset to your company for sure.
