The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. The person I felt with was pretty honest, he didn’t try to explain what he didn’t know and made recommendations off his personal experience with protein shakes.

Theres always parking and there is a tall gentleman in the store that knows a lot about supplements and vitamins.

The store is not big. They are well stocked. There is parking. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Most importantly knowledgeable about the products.

After attending the gym, my cousin and I decided to go grab pre-work out supplement. We saw a sign that stated “buy one get one half off Mix and Match” on C4 products. So we decided to pick up the regular pre work out and a ripped. The regular pre work out was priced at 19.99, the ripped at 39.99. When the cashier rang me up, I mentioned to him that there was a sign that states “50% mix and match”. He then went to check with a female who apparently was the store manager... I literally saw her rip the sign off. Then she walked away as the sales associate tried to finalize the sale and transaction. He said “oh, the sign should have been removed” then my cousin said “that doesn’t seem like it’s a problem on our part but your part” where he stated “it’s not my problem but the store” we then mentioned that the manager should fix that. She then chimed in and said it’s “mix and match flavors and the sign was supposed to come down”Already super annoyed by the fact that she’s the manager and literally heard everything happening and waited until her employee called her out, I said forget the entire transaction. I walked out and went on Amazon where I found BOTH products cheaper. I actually got the ripped for $22 with tax and free one day delivery where as it would have been $43+ at The Vitamin Shop. Never going there again!

In and out except the salesgirl left the store to talk privately on her cell phone! We had to wait for her to come back and ring us up.

I love the Vitamin Shoppe. I get all my vitamins and body scrubs and oul of oregano there. Most of the.time they have bargains. The customer service people especially the Assistant Manager hes very helpful.

The map took me right there cos I was 10 mins away, like walking distance. The vitamin shop had 2 Friendly people there. They are very Helpful and pleasant to talk to. Their prices are okay. Its like sitting right off the Valley Stream you cant miss it. 👍👍

Green Acres is an overcrowded lunatic asylum, with insufficient road signs, and most stores that dont serve very well, but if the shoppers keep coming, why should anything improve?Actually, Green Acres has improved, marginally, over the last 50 years. Give them another 300 years, and it should be a nice shopping destination.Inside the Vitamin Shoppe, the narrow aisles are so tight, you will gain carnal knowledge of people as you pass them inside the store. However, like the other reviewers, I also noticed a high level of calm and helpfulness with the staff. So I thought Id add my 5 stars.So their Green Acres store stands out from the rest of the mall. Homonym mawl. Too bad the Vitamin Shoppe dont sell food, because there is no 5-star-food in Green Acres, although Do The Twist near the main Macys (not the Macys Furniture Gallery) has 5-star ice cream shakes for a decent price; I still need to sample their pretzels and pizza, and the guy that served me was also very helpful.You can access Vitamin Shoppes own little parking lot directly from Sunrise Hwy., but if the traffic is terribly busy, you might get rear-ended slowing down on the main road to get into their driveway. It might be safer to enter Green Acres at one of the traffic lights, and enter the Vitamin Shoppe from a smaller Green Acres road in the back of their building.From the back, consistent with Green Acres tradition, the Vitamin Shoppe isnt labeled, so I should mention that they share a driveway with their next door neighbor, Michaels Arts & Crafts. From the back, the Vitamin Shoppe is a separate building just to the west of Michaels, with the shared driveway in-between.
