I waited outside for opening. 1105 AM a female worker goes in. I ask her what time you going to open ? 1100 she said and walks away. She Never returned .

Older Indian lady and older black gentleman have major attitude problems. Very rude and unkind. I ordered a fruit smoothie, literally only 5 seconds had passed. I quickly read the ingredients and realized it could be ordered without dairy, making it easier on my stomach. I asked her if I could get the non dairy option, she rolled her eyes, rudely asked me why I didnt ask for that in the first place, looking as if she wanted to rip my head off. She actually froze and stared at me, trying to intimidate me and get me to back down and drink the smoothie with dairy in it. Just lazy and unprofessional workers for the most part. I must have lost my mind to come back here today, because the workers have always been aggressive and cold.

I tried milk shake, was not bad

Ok here’s the tea. My friend ordered ice cream and this man went and made a whole milkshake and was tight when he had to give her ice cream. It’s not my friends fault that he has hearing problems. Another time, I was waiting to pay for like ten minutes and they asked me, “Have you been served?” and i said,” No, I am waiting to pay.” and he literally said okay and stared at me for ten minutes. I was just like are you gonna ring me up or.... Also they charged my cousin $10.00 for a milkshake. I know that’s the normal price, but still..Mcdonald’s milkshakes taste better and they’re like a dollar lol. Yea i’m kinda tight lol.

Awesome they do a great job on the toppings and the cookie dough flavor is amazing but the cones get rock solid after a few minutes and are very hard to eat, it other wise is amazing

Staff is friendly always smiling. A frozen treat like this you just cant go wrong.

I was charged $14.95 for a large dazzler sundae whule the listed price is only $7.19. It is a nearly 110% markup. I will warn whoever see this post to never visit this place.

This place overcharges their customers, makes up their own prices. Did not realize i was being overcharged until i compared the prices to other haagen dazs i have visited. Do not come to this location.

We got there at 7:01, and they close at 7:30, they were already closing up everything, all the ice cream and lights, we asked if they were closed or if the could still serve us and they said “were closed” and one dude in the back laughed and said “adios” this is the third place in the outlet where workers were absolutely awful for no reason. :/
