Im the Condo President of our building and deal with many vendors. It was a true pleasure to work with this team. From the moment they came out to identify the issue (which they did within minutes--cant say the same for the other vendor I was bidding for the same work) to the moment they finished the work, they were truly professional, efficient, and kind through and through. William, the tech who came to fix our booster and replace our tank, was just a gem. He did an excellent job. I hope our building doesnt need a pump repair company anytime soon, but when we do, itll be Atlas.

Good place to get pumps rebuilt that are hard to find new. Saves us a lot of time n money.

Their drivers are the worst. Abt 30 minutes ago in snowy NYC the guy driving a giant billboard for this company is 3 inches off my bumper honking at me as I am trying to pull into my building driveway. When I rolled down my window to ask him what he is honking at he gets belligerent and wants to fight me in the street. This company obviously hires thugs to drive their billboard vans. I would imagine their work is representative of their attitude behind the wheel.
