I bought a washer and dryer from this location and it was a great deal. When I talked with the ladies ip front they were so very helpful. Ms. Giselle was the nicest lady to work with, knowledgeable, and coordinated the paperwork and pick up since I traveled from out of town. Everything from beginning to end went great! MS Barrett that works at this office helped me with a water heater program that AL POWER COMPANY offers. She by far shows professionalism and dedication to customers! My husband and I moved to Valley in March. Since then, we’ve had nothing but excellent service. We had our first power outage today. I called the office to notify them. The lady I spoke with said that it would be approximately 2 hours until they would get it back on. It’s been 10 minutes since our phone call and our power is back! Very happy with their courteous staff and quick service!

The women in the office are just fine. I would have loved to have known that my air conditioner was going out before the $400 bill. In my experience power places can call and tell you that it seems like somethings wrong when the bill shoots way up. But other than the prices everything is great.

Been at current residence over 3 years ...never been late behind or anything always on time . we had a $320 credit in our account then all of a sudden our light bill is $311. We call they claim we used x amount of power blah blah blah but in 3 years we never been over $245 but every month it is steadily going up with no major usage change . right after they offered us a fixed rate . something is funny with this company . unfortunately residents around here have no other company to use.

Women at the office have no idea what they talking about. It took them 5 months before they send me a bill, I had to go there every month to ask for one. Then they can shut your power off because you 5-7 days behind, I always been on time paid full amount, I feel like since I paid bills on time they pick more on me, how about those people who 2-3 months behind? I cant help it but feel discriminated. This place been nothing but pain on the back.

Probably the worst company Ive ever had to deal with, will not work with you whatsoever and they do not care about any of their customers, very bad customer service.I paid my bill this morning and the guy came out to cut my power off anyways and while Im at work an hour away from home my wife is at home with 3 kids (one is a 5 month old) and when she tries to tell the guy that its paid and that she has a confirmation number the guy just acts stupid like he doesnt know what she is talking about and just leaves anyways

Bill go from 140 to 455 and we not running anything but fans. Something fishy going on and i am going to find out!!They going by satellite instead of bringing they lazy ass out and read the meter!
