Always Good customer service. Its the only auton parts store I go to.I will tell you, I bought & installed the wrong brake rotors a month ago. It turned into a situation... The guys working their, took care of everything, have me what I needed. I will always shop here.

The lady behind the counter went above and beyond to help me with a battery situation and was impressively knowledgeable about possible causes and solutions. Did not pressure me into any purchase, but was more concerned about getting me up and running safely.

Mr Rodger always has the right part..or get it quick. Done business with him for nearly 30 years. Cant beat the customer service!

They advertised that they install tail lights when my wife gets there they no longer seem to do that.

This specific store constantly lies about the pricing and what they have at stores and try to get you to pay higher prices! This store is a rip off

I am sitting in the parking lot of advance to help a young woman with a flat tire. This young woman has her grandmother and 3 children with her and had to call her sick mother to help change tire. Went in the store to see if they had a hammer to get the spare loose and they said they could sell her one. So she has had to spend money on a hammer that she didnt have. Not one employee has offered a hand or to call for help nothing but charge her for her misfortune. We are 1 young woman 3 old ladies and 3 children 10 and under. I am appalled at people. You would think someone at an auto store could at least have loaned a hammer but instead made a profit

I went on a Saturday and the only people working were 2 old men, 60+, and I went to get my check engine light read. It took several minutes to find the guy to do the scan and then it took him SEVERAL minutes to get it hooked up because he was so old and could hardly move . I have no problem with seniors working but maybe have some one working that can actually do the job. He couldnt even give me a code for the light because he couldnt figure out the scanner .
