I was just at the valley Verizon and I had the opportunity to speak with Hannah !! She was fantastic and soooo helpful. Beautiful voice and wonderful smile. She went out of her way to totally walk me through my new device. Explain it to me in easy terms lol. Wonderful experience at this store. She saved a customer ! The week before I came in and only a gentleman was here and he had a horrible personality and attitude. I’m a fan of spending good money in proper company. He could have sold me a $1,400 phone and handed me a phone number instead. Be more like Hannah ! That’s how a great company keeps and takes care of loyal and all customers !! Thank you Verizon ! And I’ll be back to see Hannah and drop all that money I was intending on spending :)

The verizon store is only a cell phone store for phones no repairs

Hanna is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly patient, smart and helpful. It didnt matter how many questions or concerns I had, she handle them all with a smile! She is definitely an ASSET for Verizon and not just an expense.

We are so excited to have met Hanna at the Verizon Store in Valley, Alabama. She fixed problems we had with our iPhones for years. We had been to several stores and had many techs try to help. Hanna has the patience of Job. We loved her sweet personality and brains as well. We are happy customers!!

I had a frustrating problemWith my phone. I had tried numerous things to straighten it out to no avail. I went to the local Verizon and JT helped me . Within minutes he had my problem solved and I am a happy customer. He was so nice and so knowledgeable. I really appreciate him.

Although problems are rare with my Verizon phone, I had some problems today and J.T. at the local store was the best of the best. He quickly fixed my problems and I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was. I hope I never have any more problems, but if I do, I hope J.T. is there to help me out. After reading some other reviews on this store, I have to agree,these are the best group of people working for the best cell company. If theres any better, anywhere, I havent met them yet. Keep up the good work guys, youre the greatest.

Went into store to get 2 prepaid phones, after talking to courtney ended up getting 2 new phones for cheaper. Courtney is absolutely amazing. She was very personable, friendly and professional. Called the Verizon store in valley, Al. Spoke with Anthony who was very rude. Wanted to switch carriers and asked could I bring my Samsung S6. He said No I would have to get a new phone. No Im sorry or have a good day. Just hung up. I will stay where I am. Just wanted better signal. But it will never be Verizon if I switch. If repsxare like that they can have it.

Bought a Verizon plan two years ago at this store. Found out when I upgraded at authorized Verizon store in Opelika that I had been charged $25.00 a month too much. Comes to over $600 in charges that I should not have paid. Go to an authorized store that knows what they are doing.

Just left wasnt waiting any longer. It was a Saturday morning and he was setting up a phone with a customer and after a few other people were going I thought maybe later.
