Easy to do. Love that the chose a substitution if they are out and you can decide if you want that or not. Makes easy for being on the go and working a lot. They do all the work and I have had the sweetest guys bring my groceries out.

Loved it...just ordered online and came to pick it up. It took about 5 to 8 minutes to load up and go.

Not enough checkers

Its kind of hit and miss with Walmart. The last time I used the pick-up service was great but the time before that Walmart canceled my order and the time before that, I waited for more than an hour AFTER I checked in.
