Love this place the employees are VERY helpful. I needed curtains and I knew nothing about buying them. She got me threw it all from the rods shears and curtains. I would of never been able to do it. They helped me get everything I needed After I moved into my new house from the kitchen,bathroom,bedrooms. They are very knowledgeable about what they have in there store. Check them out. The cashier was very helpful.Checkout was fast and the easy but I was disappointed in the choices on the shelf.I wanted a baking set of pans for a bridal shower and there were 2 items to choose from and didnt care for either one.If it wasnt for the lady helping me I would have gone somewhere else.I bought pizza stone and cutter.

There is a reason I dont shop there. The return policy. Granted I didnt have a receipt. My bad. All I wanted was an exchange. An exchange. I got $7 for a $42 item to use toward the exchange. Thanks bb&b. I wont bother you again.

Average almost useless store in a mall

The only reason this place gets a second star is because before today, they were an okay place to shop, though 2/3 of the times I’ve shopped here I’ve had to return some items because the sizes were mislabeled or two different but similar products were named the same thing so I assumed I could extend my sets only to bring them home and find they were slightly different in design... then they need to have a different name. Anyway. The mandate at the moment is that people over 8 years old are required to wear a mask. My 6 year old panics when he has to wear one because he feels like he’s being suffocated. My husband got pneumonia because of wearing a mask daily at work and I have an autoimmune disease and after wearing a mask for over an hour, start to feel my immune system drop and I get really weak. That being said, we don’t push it on our son as we have several first hand experiences of them not being healthy. So I was incredibly upset to find out that my SIX YEAR OLD son was not allowed to enter the store without a mask. The employee held up a mask to me offering him one. I said no, he’s 6, he shouldn’t have to. And from the other side of the glass she shook the mask in the air at me. I left the store in tears and shaking. This is all too much. I will never shop here again. Even when the mandate lifts. Stop taking away the little freedom we have and let us do our jobs of protecting our own children. Maybe he will wear a mask when it doesn’t traumatize him to do so.

My husband and I had the BEST experience at this specific Bed Bath and Beyond. We live in Colorado, but are from Valparaiso, IN and had our wedding there; therefore, a lot of our gifts were given to us in Valparaiso. We were stressing about how we were going to get all of our gifts from Valparaiso to Colorado. We went to BBB to figure something out and they were SO SO NICE. We worked with a girl named Sarah and she was WONDERFUL. She shipped 11 boxes of gifts for us free of charge and was so accommodating. We are very thankful she helped make our move back a lot less stressful.

Prices are reasonable and staff very pleasant and helpful.

Went there to buy coffee pods they were on sale for a great price. Better than anywhere Ive seen in a long time. It was a 96 count for like $25 plus I could use my $5 off. The cashier had a great personality. All the staff that we came in contact with was very friendly.

Bed bath & beyond has large selection of kitchen and bedroom items. Their prices are a little high, but they have what you need. If they have your info, they send good discount coupons. At least you can hold and look at the items before you buy them. I prefer to do this for the kind of things they sell.

Scored some great clearance items, the area was a mess, took forever to dig through everything, because I try to put things back, and i actually didnt get through everything, it was just to much of a mess in one area. To be fair, it could be customers fault. Things can be quite pricey here, but they always seem to have something on sale. Those 20 percent off coupons can really help alot when spending alot. These are the reasons for four stars. Now, that brings me to the staff, extreamly nice and helpful, in a store that has been open as long as they have been this is not typical in my experience, bravo to the employees for doing such a great job, the rest of the store, other then clearance was very tidy.

I just dont like to shop here as the store is just over packed. Not very open, and you just feel walled in. Prices are stupid high, and you have to use one of their 20% off coupons every time you want something that is always available. Just cut your prices by 20% already!
