Best technology experience center for residential home technology in NWI.

Had an absolutely stellar experience with Cloudbusters. Wed built a beautiful new home but unfortunately had a so-called whole house tech expert who had wired the house for security and sound. It was apparent very quickly upon moving in that it was a sub-par system & install. I was referred to Steve by another companys president, and Im so grateful for that! Steve came in, professional to the core and with empathy for the situation, and quickly diagnosed the sound systems issues. He provided the most cost effective, quality solutions so we could move forward. I was very impressed by the level of detail of his explanations and the subsequent detailed recap of the issues and proposal that arrived promptly in my inbox. They ordered the replacement parts needed, and he checked in during the wait for the unique parts he had to source to jibe with our existing equipment and wiring. His crew was fantastic, spending the day here to get everything reworked, answering my questions, helping me get the Sonos system active on my phone, and ensuring they crossed every T.Steve regularly stops on site to make sure everything is perfect and then followed up with several calls in the week afterward, to ensure the sound quality was what Id hoped for and whether I had any concerns. You cannot go wrong with this company. My highest recommendation.

All around a pleasant experience. Had trouble with the bass speaker three days before the 4th of July . It was replaced before the 4th . Well done 👍oh yea, the sound is unbelievable. Ya get what ya pay for .

We had Cloudbusters install the wiring (CAT6, cable) throughout our new build home along with wireless access points on 3 floors. Excellent job in all cases. Wire cabinets and wiring was neatly done and we have had no issues with connectivity since.In addition, we had them come back and install an extension for ethernet and power behind a wall to mount a TV. Again, very neat job. Huge props to Brian, the technician for an outstanding job!Cloudbusters provided top-notch support throughout the build process, from planning through execution. I would highly recommend them.
