Always a quick service !

With cooler weather moving in my tire pressure was fluctuating. As a courtesy they checked and filled my tires with the proper air pressure. I appreciated this courtesy service however I waited over 25 minutes just to have someone speak to me to find out what I needed.

Did good job on car but their lazy they couldnt even find were you add power steering fluid so they just told me, you cant check the fluid, you have to go to a dealership and get it done. But there is for sure one and Ive done it before. Just saying they dont really try to do there job its just sped up so there done with their work faster.

Went in there to get some boat tires have them no problem. In-N-Out in good price

Came in to get an oil change sat outside for 30 minutes then went in the shop and waited another 15mins before going inside and had to wait another 20 minutes before someone decided to talk to me. After my car was done it took then 25 minutes just to finally get to pay my cars services. Then my car keys got lost only to have found out tge guy who worked on ny car left my keys in my car where anyone could have drove off with my car

Thanksgiving 2018 day called up to see if the were doing tires, which they were. The guy on the phone made it sound like there were tvs all in the garage and were not doing anything, so I went up there for tires anyways. They said it would take 45 min to an hour and I asked for him to call me when they were done, which the never did. Sad thing was we might had been the only people who got tires that whole day bc they closed at 12pm. Its just sad that they were there to do a job and they acted like they didnt want to do anything besides BS with each other. And on top of that my wifes battery wasnt holding a charge and had to buy a new one and the guy that put it in was the only one that acted like he cared. My wife was wondering if her 2011 Escape even started at all after we dropped it off. Did it start, did they jump start it. The paper they gave me said it was low and needed to be charged why did they not say anything when I came up there to pick it up???? Bad service

Arkansas TLE no cars and still had to wait 20 minutes for a technician to come check out tire pressure. Walmart TLE is first come first serve and yet they took a battery test before us. Poor customer service. I wonder what their CFF score is.

First of all I went to get a oil change and air filter replaced and wipers if needed. I got high mileage oil and that was 35.99. I went to continue my shopping while I was waiting. Never got called over the intercom or called my phone or anything. I lost track of time and when I went to go check on it they left. Shop was dark and they left my keys hanging there. Found a guy to check me out. New guy. Very rude didn’t talk or explain anything when I was disgusted my bill was 75 dollars. I never spent that much at Walmart on oil change with the works. Same oil and everything. Never going here again! Don’t care what the excuse is

TLE Manager is Awesome! She has always been Great with Customers and Shows she TRUELY enjoys what she is doing! Always a big help and Up front with any concerns!

Good experience. Came in to replace car battery. Clerk was business like and answered any questions I might have had. Would come back for more automotive needs. Wal-Mart always stands behind products they sell.
