I have never been more disappointed in a place in my life!!! You completely messed up my glasses. You told me it takes awhile to get used to wearing new prescription so I tried, after going to my eye doctor and him telling me that the place I bought my glasses totally messed them up by measuring me wrong!!! YOU REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT!! THANK YOU FOR NOTHING 188.00 dollars for worthless glasses. Oh and you offered a small discount to buy more from you. Why would I.
Both My Husband, Steve and I got our Glasses at The Van Buren Walmart (#00016) Vision Center. I got mine 1st on January 25th. My Husband had to wait until he got out of the hospital and got his on February 15th. We’re Both Very Happy and Satisfied with The Selection, Price and Convenience of getting in. But MOST Of All We want To Recognize The Two People That Helped Us. First, Vision Manager, KATHY LONDON and Second, Optician, BRYAN ALTMAN. Both Were SO Friendly, Helpful, Kind and Patient With Both of Us. We Cannot Thank Both of Them Enough For All Their Kindness and Help. I went back to get mine adjusted and They Are Fine Now!
