I became a commercial customer in 1997 managing parts departments at several large car dealers and most recently a shop in Van Wert a couple of years ago. They deleted my account and with it all of my warranties. The manager I worked with over the years is now gone so no one knows how to help me. I guess I will have to purchase somewhere else.

Had everything I needed but the people behind the counter didnt know what they were talking about. Had to follow another customer and tell them that engine coolant and a/c freon were not the same thing

Ive been going to Autozone for years and so has my family. Tonight I went in needing a replacement bolt for my new thermostat and the long blonde hair kid didnt even take a look at it before sending me to a hardware store (that is clearly closed right now). He actually sent me across the street to OReillys where they helped me and found the replacement bolt I needed. I will no longer be taking my business to Autozone.

Friendly staff. In fact, my car broke down a mile away from the store. I was on the phone with the store manager and they said, hold on, Ill be right there. I waited about 5 minutes and there he is, with jump cables in hand. He jumped my car battery and I was good to go. He doesnt usually do this kind of stuff, but it just all happened to work out. Thank you AutoZone. Five stars. All the Employees here deserve a raise.

Our alternator when out with a 90 minute drive home and repair shops all closed. The young man who was working 3/18/20 gave us tools to change the alternator. In between customers he came out on the rain and helped. Bad situation was taken care of with his kindness and help!
