Logan was great to work with and very accommodating. He stayed past business hours to accommodate my schedule and didnt rush the process as result. He even had the car on the lift when I got to the dealership for inspection. I may live in the Indy area, but will come back for the prices and customer service.

Bought a truck, then check engine light came on. They were suppose to fix it, took 3 weeks and I got it back, week later came back on like they never fixed it. Bought the level 3 warranty when I bought the truck. But the warranty place still won’t pay for any of it. Biggest scam ever, this place is a joke. Truck still hasn’t ran right since I bought it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Very straight forward and easy going. A great location to make a purchase and its well worth the drive.----------Was originally a 5 star review and it is now a 1 star. I purchased a car on September 17, 2020 and its now December 22, 2020. Upon purchasing the car I have began to find out that they never did simple service such as a tire rotation and even a tune up. 3 months of owning the car and I am now paying for a full tune up and a full set of new tires. The vehicle has 174xxx miles on it and I purchased it at 170014 miles. I have not put a lot of miles on the car but yet here I am doing the things they never did when I was informed that it was taken care of. Simple maintenance wasnt done and I was told it was all new and taken care of. I highly dont recommend this place. Thank you.

Bought a used car with around 35,000 miles on it and have instant transmission problems, at 40,000 miles the transmission had additional problem, with no warrenty coverage. At 42,000 the engine went and the 35,000$ car is now worthless thanks to people like Justin Price and others at state wide Ford. This dealership is the definition of how low people will go to make money. It makes me sick and would have Henry Ford turn over on his grave. Don’t buy any cars from these people.

I purchased a used vehicle from Statewide Ford last week, and the overall experience was great. Their website had excellent pictures of the vehicle, including a detailed explanation of the features and options of the vehicle. The online advertised price was very competitive compared to other vehicles available.My wife and I planned a road trip from another state to purchase a vehicle. After we decided not to make a purchase at a different dealership 200+ miles away, we did not allow enough time to get to Statewide Ford Lincoln before closing time. I called them and told them and explained the situation. However, our salesman Logan made arrangements to stay late, and arranged for the sales manager and finance manager to also stay late, waiting for us to arrive. We test drove the vehicle and decided to purchase it. They got financing for us after normal business hours, and the whole process was very smooth.I recommend purchasing a vehicle from Statewide Ford Lincoln.

I would highly recommend Statewide to anyone looking for a easy used car buying experience. Which until recently I did not think existed. I worked with Logan and despite living in Illinois I was able get enough information and video of the car to confidently purchase it. None of the stereotypical salesman tactics. Statewide were able to get us a better rate on our loan, which frankly was already a great rate, there was no hidden charges to raise the listed price, and to top it off Logan even drove 2 hours on a weekend to meet me halfway to sign the papers. I will 100% be checking out Statewide’s inventory first the next time we get a new vehicle and will definitely recommend them to family and friends. Shopping with Statewide has been a HUGE mistake. Our Expectations with any and all Dealerships is to be trustworthy and have a higher Standard with Customer Service. This is NOT the case with Statewide Ford. DO NOT TRUST THEIR INSPECTION PROGRAM. We had been looking at Ford Escapes for several months prior to the purchase here. I asked Statewide ford numerous times about the transmission, they told us No issues its Perfect, which was a lie and I have documentation of. Other dealerships when we asked, how’s the transmission? time and time again the other dealerships specified that they do not check transmissions. 2 months later transmission is completely shot, and it and mechanic told us that this issue doesn’t occur in a matter of 2 months. 5 months after the purchase of the vehicle the water pump and timing chain went out. Avoid at all cost, this place is your stereotypical Car dealership. Ford is well aware that Statewide is claiming that Fords 172 point inspection checks the transmission and drive train. Ford says this is below their standards for their 172 point inspections.

We had a wonderful experience buying a vehicle from Statewide Ford/Lincoln. Our salesperson Logan was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating for us with a convenient evening appointment. He even had the car we had discussed pulled into the garage/shop area because it was 10 degrees outside and we could inspect/walk around in a climate controlled environment as opposed to the polar vortex going on outside. The rest of the experience was also easy and well explained including working with the finance department. I highly recommend them and will be looking there first for future car purchases.

We found a car that we fell in love with on their website, then contacted them to arrange a test drive. We live over 2 hours away, so we were making a commitment to be a serious car buyer. After the pleasantries, we took the car out for a drive and noticed a slight shimmy. The dealership offered to put new tires on the car; we accepted, and came back to the dealer a few days later....another test drive and the shimmy was still there. We left disappointed, but the dealer investigated, found a bad rim, had it repaired, shipped the car to our home and we are very happy with the car and the dealer. Great follow-up and follow-through by Logan, Justin and Brad. Matt, in finance, was a real pleasure to work with, as we purchased an extended warranty, too.

Stopped in to the dealership on Monday where we were greeted by Valerie. She was phenomenal! What a great dealership. The experience here was great from the first phone call to the close of the sale. We live about an hour away and we called Randy Custer about the vehicle before driving up to look at it. He looked over the vehicle (Ford Expedition) and he let us know about any blemishes before we wasted our time to drive up to look at it. Upon arrival the vehicle was exactly as described. I purchased the vehicle from out of state. The vehicle itself is good (Used:15 Chrysler 200C). However, after coming to terms of cost of the vehicle over the phone (Agreed upon sales price + tax/title/license), the dealership accessed extra fees not discussed. Also, they waited over two weeks to mail the title.

When I came in while passing through on the highway with an urgent emergency repair need, Amanda (Service Dept. Advisor) immediately took charge to help determine the problem, which the mechanic showed me right away.Amanda was great about communicating with me through the whole process. They worked diligently to secure the parts and within 24 Hrs. my car was repaired. The whole service department worked well together to get me on my way.

They used to do a great job with my Ford Escape, but the last few times, they unhooked my coolant hose and my truck over heated on highway 30, bad timing! Before that my car did a wonderful job, ran like a champ! The let the horse that cost $57.00 ride against a belt and they said something was wrong with my motor and it would cost $900 something, but it was only the horse! Ill never go back to Statewide, again! Btw, Im a dedicated Ford driver, but not anymore!

I called about a used car I had seen online that had been on the lot for nearly 6 months according to the listing. I spoke to Jackson Young who seemed to know about the car. I was interested so I made a reasonable offer to try to start negotiations since I would be coming in from Michigan. He said he would look at what they can do and call back. I never heard from him after that. I would have thought there would have been more incentive to move a car that had been on the lot that long. Its a shame too because I ended up buying the same make, model, trim package, and year with slightly more miles from Chicago. Given the miles, I certainly would have been willing to pay more for the one here than I did in Chicago.

Bought my truck from here. For the most part I was pleased with the overall experience but did have some issues with the finance department and my bank not working together easily. If I had used a local bank it wouldnt have been much of an issue.

If you think they care about you, think again. Tried for the better part of a week to buy a car that I said I had every intention of buying. I was waiting and waiting to hear back from them to appraise my trade in and they would never get back to me then they sold the car to someone else. They dont care about morals just the sale . Go somewhere else.
