I always leave a review where earned and deserved and Ive never had such great service through a Verizon. Joyce was sure to answer all of my 20 questions without looking annoyed, as well as such quick service and making sure I get the most through my plan! Will only be going to Joyce for all of my Verizon needs. Highly reccomend this location.

Been debating about getting a new phone do stopped in the store in Van Wert and Kendra gave me all the info on the Galaxy Note 20 ultra. Ended up trading my Note 10 in and she was very helpful on getting me the best trade-in deal. She explained everything on my language. Wont hesitate to return to this store.

We upgraded our phones with Ben. He was able to walk us through everything and while neither of us are tech type people he was able to make us comfortable with our decisions. I really liked that there was not the high pressure sales pitch and he listened to what we needed. I would highly recommend talking to Ben at Van Wert Verizon.

Be careful. I did not have a positive experience at this store. They are salespeople first and customer care people second.....a distant second. Strongly recommend carefully reviewing and independently verifying any claims or recommendations they make to you. I needed technical support (my phone would not accept incoming calls) and felt grateful to find this store as I was only passing through this town. I was told a whole host of things meant to persuade me to purchase a new phone which turned out not to be true. My phone was not the issue. Verizon wireless was the issue (network issue).

We bought new phones here when our old ones were dying. This Van Wert Verizon store had exactly what we needed; we were extremely grateful to stay right in town and not have to leave for a larger city to get the exact phones we wanted. Two thumbs up to this location. It is clean and the staff were wonderful.

Just giving a shout out to our local Verizon store. They are so helpful... Ben is the best! He explains things in simple terms that you can actually understand and has your best interest in mind - doesn’t try to sell you things that you don’t need. One of these days he might actually convince me to upgrade my Crapple phone for a legitimate device (a.k.a Samsung).

Went in to get a new phone. Went way faster than expected. Ben was an excellent worker, made a 30min process feel like only 5 minutes and was supper nice.

Its been about 2 weeks since I went into Verizon to get my new Samsung Galaxy S10+. My mom and I were immediatley greeted by Ben who took care of us the entire time we were there.
