All the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Karcher took the time to explain everything throughly.

DR. Karcher and the staff took their time to check my eyes with all their modern equipment, looking at the inner eye for cancers and floaters. Then I was put on the machine and checked for weak vision and then the doctor made adjustments to correct my vision, and then made a prescription for new glasses. This all was very quick.

Dr K and entire staff is friendly and I did not feel like I was rushed through so they could get to the next patient. Time was spent to explain in detail eye condition and time to choose glasses. Would recommend to anyone!

I have dealt with Van Wert Vision multiple times over the past almost three years. Anytime I have had a problem they have worked with me to get matters straightened out. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I had to take my three year old with me to my last eye exam, and the ladies in the office were very helpful with keeping her occupied. Dr. Bidlack is always very polite and does well with explaining things when you have questions. Keep up the good work everyone!

Dr. Bidlack and his staff provide a very comprehensive eye exam. The doctor explained everything about my eyes as the exam continued. We also discussed the effect of Diabetes and Rhuematoid Arthritis medications on the eyes. The frames available are beautiful. They also have a nice selection of package frames that came in handy for me. I highly recommend Dr. Bidlack and staff at Van Wert Vision.
