Great job! Benny the manager helped provide great service when he recognized there was a line forming in the auto center queue. He noticed I was purchasing wiper blades and had them installed after my purchase since my car was already being serviced. Thanks for improving my experience Benny.

Ive been there twice and they didnt have anybody in the tire shop because they were short-handed. Very rude lady

I was able to have my vehicle tire service and shop some goods. They had everything on the shelves

They messed up on my tires and then refused to touch my car because I told them to not take the key out of the ignition. It was a fight to get them to fix their own mistake, the tires were cheap but the price definitely wasnt worth the quality of work done on my car. Knowing my business wont make a difference to them at all Ive still decided that I absolutely will not be returning for any type of car services...

Attempted to get an oil change & was told they opened at 7am. I was there at 6:50 & @ 7 was told they wouldnt be starting till 8. Then at 730 was told they wouldnt be starting till 9. Very unprofessional and I will not be back

$50 synthetic oil change. Not bad at all. Everyone was super nice. Quick service. Its first come service so if youre in a hurry or need an appointment try something else. Everyones main complaint seems to be price/time but I think its a great deal and to have 2 cars in front of me and be out in under half an hour...thats gold to me.

I went to Walmart auto center to just change my tires! before I brought in my car it was totally fine, working perfectly. When they gave me back my car after changing “only” the tires. it had no power whatsoever, it didn’t go past 20miles per hr. Every time I put it in drive they car would jump. No one could explain why my car was like that, their excuse is that supposedly My car was already like that. If that was the case why didn’t they just stop and brought to my attention what was “happening” to my car before the service.

I go here for cheap oil changes as they beat the price of others. Yes they may and can be tad slow if you want super quick go pay more elsewhere. Ps this is walmart not a highly trained mechanic go to one for actually repairs. Get oil and maybe tires here.

They changed my oil and my doughnut tire. The staff where really nice. The only thing is it took way longer than expected and then some more from miscommunication But they were still really kind and apologetic when I was upset, I feel bad. They did a great job!

I make at least one visit @ this location once a month, they have great customer service, floor employees ALWAYS ask if Im finding everything and if I need any help which I find very nice !! I should by stock in Wal-Mart thats how much business I give them each month even though its only once monthly, LOL !! Store is always clean & someone is always cleaning some where at this location. Its very convenient since I go right after work in the am & I bet the mad rush of other customers, so keep up the great job that each & everyone of you do at this location & my I shout out to management GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES A GOOD RAISE, YOU SHOULD BE PROUD, THEY WORK VERY HARD FOR YOU !!!

Went in for 1 tire, not only did we wait 2 1/2 hrs but they dropped my window off the track, took my door panel of to wedge the window up.. my inside door handle is broke now, 1/4inch space between my window & car & all they had to say was everything was handled properly!!! DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE!!

Sat there for 10 minutes, had to ask somone if i need to go inside for help, they said no, somone will be right with you. Waited another 10 minutes, finally somebody came up to me and told me it would be another 45 minutes before they could even get to my oil change. One car in the bay, three to four employees in sight. Completely unacceptable service

Got told I can bring in a snow tire once featured and has good tread left on it. I can in this morning and was told Again not a problem and that it would be done in 20 mins. I walked around and waited for an hour before being called back up and told that absolutely No Way would they mount the tire because it is Damaged since studs were pulled out. I offered invoicing proof that they have done tires like this for me earlier this year and they said no and escprted me to my vehicle. Worst place to deal with Honest employees.

Thank you to the ladies and gentlemen at this Walmart Tire center. You guys saved our 4th if July celebration. We went to the Wood Village location first, but they kept giving us excuses as to why they couldnt do the job, even telling us that it wasnt the correct tire for our car, arguing with my husband.You guys took us right away and fixed it with no problems. Thank you so much. We will make the drive up to Vancouver for tires next time we need them.

Got an amazing deal on a set of tires here, everyone was quick and helpful. I’ve done business here many times and not sure why it’s got a negative rep.

Called ahead to order the tires I needed, the person I spoke with said it would take 1-2 days and they would give me a call when the tires got in. Four days later, no call. So I called them, after 20min of being on hold someone tells me that they have had the tires for a few days. I then ask if I need to make an appointment to get the tires changed out, they tell me no, and to just show up. I show up the next day and ask how long it will be, the associate tells me about 1-1.5hrs because one person is ahead of me. No big deal, I go get lunch, then check in. The tire change hasnt been started. So I wait in their waiting room for another hour and fourty minutes. No one comes to get me, so I ask again how much longer for my car and they say 20min. Fourty minutes later my car is finally done, and Ive spent almost 4 and a half hours for a freaking tire change that I apparently didnt need an appointment for. Terrible service. At least be honest about how long people will be stuck here.

I sat on the phone for too long getting bounced back and forth because these employees dont want to do their job. When I finally get ahold of someone they claim Ill have to pay for a manufacture defect. Go to les schwab so you dont have to deal with the attitude ridden folk who act like everything you do or say is ruining their life.

Roll up at 6 PM, only one other car is there being serviced and it isnt busy at all, had to go find someone inside cause nobody came to help and no signs were up. They say they dont have time for an oil change cause I assume they just didnt want to do another one before going home. Lame... Does an oil change take an hour cause for the cheap ass price they charge idk how they could stay in business at that rate. Oil can Henrys it is :[

It takes 1 and a half hours to do a simple oil change. Waste of time.

Slow as hell. Took almost an hour for a basic oil change. Then what really got me irritated was that my car takes 5 quarts of oil and these jokers only put 4 in. Yeah not using this walmart again.

Spent 20 minutes on hold to be told the wheels they sell online with the tires that they won’t actually install them. Can’t tell me if that’s the right fit. His name was Lawrence, super negative attitude poor customer service. Save your time and money and call a real wheel shop can’t believe how the guy on the phone wasnt informative and really hard to listen too. Wasn’t helpful and basically told me he can’t help at all. He’s not qualified to do anything exept change tiresAsked if there was someone else I can speak to but he insisted he or his team won’t help.0 stars for Lawrence
