This place has an amazing policy that if you do not satisfied with your mattress then you can exchange it within 100 days. I definitely ended up doing that as the bed I purchased was to firm. Absolutely ELATED with our experience here, thanks to Tim!! We had 3 places picked out to shop for a new mattress and decided to stop here first. We parked and as we walked up we saw their window sign WE PAY YOUR SALES TAX! So that got us feeling relieved, as that can really add up. We walked in, relaxing atmosphere, greeted by Tim the Manager, WHO WAS WEARING A MASK. Very polite and professional and a pleasure to have had him helping us. He took us on a tour and showed us the most amazing new bed ever, the Smart Life Lotus Plush. Everyone should go try this bed out. It conforms to your body by making adjustments and I felt like I was levitating. After I stood up, I felt like I had just left the spa. We got a great deal here including the bed, pillows, and other accessories.... as well as paying zero tax. Overall, it was the interaction with Tim and the experience he provided that really sold us. Thank you for that, you definitely have another loyal customer. I recommend this place and having Tim help you if possible!

Came here to get a mattress, Tim was super helpful helped us with an affordable financing plan, he paid the sales tax, and I couldn’t leave more happier.

We went there this morning (8-21) to buy a new mattress. The salesman approached us without a mask, and we said we were not comfortable with that. He did not offer to put one on, just shrugged and said What ya gonna do?. We left immediately. We were amazed that some folks, especially a retail outlet, would be so callous to their customers safety. Shop elsewhere.
