Contract Furnishings Mart is the best! Our contractor asked us to use CFM for our tile and hardware. I couldn’t be more pleased!I work with Angel at the Vancouver store and she’s my favorite. She has degrees in Art and Architecture. I check all of my ideas with her and she has such insightful advice. She found the perfect pulls for our kitchen cabinets.She worked really hard to help us find the tile that would coordinate with our counter tops and paint plus the right size and accompanied with quarter round. I had no idea so much detail went into choosing materials.Whenever there has been a mistake, CFM quickly fixed it. They have an excellent selection. I will be recommending CFM to anyone who is thinking about remodeling.

I am not even sure how this business is still operating. I had several issues with them last year so closed my account after I found out that their employees were lying to myself and my customers. Not to mention the material I ordered came destroyed, was given one pricing from Miranda then was given other pricing from Crystal and then was charged double, took CFM 45 days to refund my money. Here I am doing another remodel and a customer really wanted to use CFM, I told them about the issues that I had last year with them and I do not recommend using them. Well same issues as last year they gave my customer the wrong pricing charged her 15% more than what they actually quoted her. Told her that her material was going to be in in June and it came in August but someone else picked up the order. She got an email a week ago saying that her material was picked up myself the contractor and my customer never picked it up. CFM can’t seem to find her order now. It seems nobody in the store can ever communicate properly with another it’s always a runaround whoever you talk to.

Great store no customer service. We were there about hour and a half and no one asked us if we needed assistance.

I came to Contract Furnishings because I was referred by my Contractor and interior designer. My experience has been amazing with them both in a full remodel of my home of 13 years. It is my kids childhood home and has been absolutely wonderful to rebuild after a tragic fire. As a business person myself I believe it is absolutely imperative to make a connection with my clients. I arrived at contract furnishings an hour before closing and because of the allotment of time felt like I was pushed aside because of closing hours.I really hope that someone can resolve this because I trust the people I have allocated to work on our family home. And although the customer may not always be right you can rest assured that a friendly face and communication go a really long way in this process.

No one wants to talk to you, or even tries to help you. If you search for someone, they all tell you that theyre busy. My husband an I waited for more 30 minutes and no one even greeted us.

Love their selections, wonderful Customer service

It started off great with us selecting tiles, supplies, accents, etc. Then, when our contractor picked up the items, one of the tiles was wrong and we were told the one we wanted was not available. Should have told us at the showroom. We had to go in and picked another one quickly. Then, we found the rep forgot to include the bull nose tile causing us a delay in the installation. We had to call in and ask for it. The rep we worked with was on vacation, so we had to try to get the bull nose ordered ASAP. Then, the new tile came in and it was a different color again!! Our rep was not in and we had NO time to waste anymore, so we decided to use it. Then, we had a full unopened box of the tile (the wrong color) left we wanted to return. Still trying to get it worked out with the rep. Very hard to get an update when it comes to the return of the item that was not even correct in the first place. Our friends and families were surprised with the service we got from this place.

Recently I had a major flooring repair needed in my rental house. It was bad timing because I had just moved out of state. But CFM and in particular Tina Schippers saved the day! Tina gave very good advice over the phone as far as materials to choose and also recommended an excellent flooring installer Ryan Konter to do the work. Ryan did a wonderful installation with little supervision and at a very good price. CFM, Tina, and Ryan Konter came through and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Very disappointed! Went in about three weeks ago. Great selection of products! But was never approached or asked if we needed help for over 30 minutes. We were in jeans and hoodies, so maybe we looked like we wouldn’t spend enough money for anyone to help us. But everyone else that came in during that time received help. We finally had to go looking for it. The women was nice, but said “I’m in the middle of something, but I guess I can help you” Wow! She kept steering us away from the more expensive stuff, showing us the more affordable stuff. Really irritating!!! Finally after pulling some things together, put in our order for samples which we were told would take a few days to a week. Went to talk to the cabinet guy. He seemed annoyed to be helping us. He also kept trying to steer us away from the more expensive stuff, which happened to be the stuff we liked and wanted. Guess you have to look like you have a lot of money to get good service here. It’s been three weeks and still haven’t received any samples. We’ve called a few times and get the same excuses. And no one ever calls back. Meanwhile, went to Bedrosians Tile and Stone in Portland and had stellar service!!!

You can check out samples to take home to see how well they go with your home decor. It is located across from the Post Office behind BiMart.

Went in to look at tile for a bathroom re model. The place is nice and there people are friendly. My problem was the guy helping us started suggesting that we needed things for our bathroom like bull nose tile and so we ordered it based on his knowledge and he ordered the wrong tile. My contractor was not sure why they ordered the wrong tile but they also would not take the mistake back which ended up costing about one hundred dollars or so out of my pocket. I just wont be back. Thats bad business.

We purchased our flooring from this place. They require you to work with one of their contractors in order to make a purchase which is all well and good. However the person that they recommended did a horrific job. I think his name was Dave. His company installed our hard woods and molding, and we are currently in the process of having it all re done. $7000 worth of flooring was essentially destroyed. They cut every board too short so there are unsightly gaps everywhere. The floors move when they are walked on. The molding was cut too short as well and they tried to patch gaps with shiny bathroom caulking. It is unbelievable and heartbreaking. Additionally the sales woman we worked with was condescending and unhelpful. You can definitely get a decent deal from this place, but be sure to research the contractor you choose and oversee their work like a hawk. Good luck.

Great selection of flooring options, including tile for floor and walls/bath applications. We previously bought carpet and hardwood flooring at the Beaverton location. Was glad to see one located up here and found the bathroom tile we wanted for a great price. Highly recommend this place for all things flooring and tile.

I work directly with many of the employees of CFM quite frequently. They are all wonderful, and I cannot say enough good things about each one of them. They make product selections and procurement much easier. Irene is always going out of her way when it comes to ordering or getting us out of a dilemma, and it’s very much appreciated. Talk about feeling lost. We have a budget. We have ideas. We came in excited to start our remodel. One of the reps offers to help. We took a drive up there to look at some tile to upgrade a small bath to start with. We were met with a smile and an ear for our project and all the questions we had. CFM is an invaluable resource for me. The sales staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help find the material that will fit any budget and style. The warehouse crew is friendly and they know how to hustle. If youre looking for a showroom where you can shop, get advice, order material, and even get help with what supplies youll need, CFM Vancouver is the place to go.

No one will help you find what you need. You cant give a price range and see what they have in that range. The user experience is so clunky we just walked out. If you have an unlimited budget then this place is for you. Otherwise its a huge nightmare to figure out pricing. You need a schematic just to find the pricing for the wood flooring. What a nightmare.

I have happily done business with CFM for many years, but it was during our most recent transaction that I REALLY came to appreciate how wonderful they are! When there was a problem with the manufacturing of some carpet I had ordered, CFM‘s staff promptly and completely resolved the issue. They say that the real test of an organization is not how they handle business when things are going well, but how they handle business when problems arise. By that standard, CFM is more than a good business — they are truly exceptional!

Our experience with CFM was exceptional. We purchased carpet in July 2015. Had it installed within 3 years it started to shift and mat down, after a couple of restretches by our installer the carpet still failed. Doug McCallum, CFM manager personally attended to our needs and was able to secure a refund/compensation. With that we decided to replace all of the floors in our home along with kitchen countertops and backsplash.Doug was instrumental in finding us a contractor to facilitate our needs.Along with his guidance and our product selections with CFM, we have a newly renovated home.
