I took my SUV in for a clutch replacement. About 3 weeks later, clutch is having issues. They look at it and tell me the clutch is toast. Only then I tell them that they replaced it a couple weeks prior and is under warranty. All the sudden the clutch isnt the problem, its something else that is (naturally) not under warranty. Total scam artists, will never go back or do business with these guys again. BTW, this was about 15 years ago, and I will never forget it.

I do not recommend this dealership at all they are nothing but liars they don’t keep to their promises that they tell you during purchasing a vehicle they did not put the correct things on my sons warranty. Chris I believe he is the sales manager is very very rude they will be very nice to you during the process of buying a vehicle but as soon as you walk out the door and you called him back to try to fix the mistakes that they made they continue to lie in your face. I purchased a 2018 with low mileage and my son is having nothing but issues with the vehicle yes it does have extended warranty, but you sold me a vehicle that had major issues before putting it out on the show room for sale. It’s not like you sold me a junk vehicle or older one. It a shame that dealerships can get away with this stuff.

Took my truck there because it had an exhaust manifold leak. Told them thats what I thought it was. They called and told me it was valves and I would need new heads or a new engine. Took the truck to a mechanic I trust and he found and showed me the exhaust leak. And used a stethoscope to help me hear where the ticking was coming from. Replaced the manifolds with new gaskets and the sound has been gone. The terrible thing is if I had let them do the engine, the gaskets would have been replaced in the process and fixed the exhaust leak. Beware, be skeptical, and get a second opinion. It saved me over $10k

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews but my husband and I came here for both of our vehicles. They were so awesome and kind, listen to what we were looking for and worked within our budget. I was driving down the highway shortly after I bought it and got a flat due to a screw, they fixed it free of charge! We’ve had our vehicles for 6 months now and they’re awesome with no other issues! Will come here again for our future vehicles :)

Went to Dick Hannah in Vancouver Washington on November 12,2020 to look at a Jeep Trailhawk 2019. My sales rep was Curtis Sprague. He was an an amazing guy. His knowledge about the vehicles I was looking for was unreal. He took his time and answered all my questions and go over everything about the Trailhawk with me. He took me for a few test drives in different models to ensure I got just the right Jeep. He was amazingly friendly and jovial through the whole process. Made buying a new vehicle so much fun. If you are in Vancouver Washington and looking for a vehicle I would 100% recommend you seek him out. He will help you find exactly what you’re looking for and ensure you leave with the vehicle of your dreams and a smile on your face. I cannot believe the amount of disrespect I received from this company. My jeep is under warranty and has been in 5 times to fix the same problem. I’ve been kicked around and told all sorts of stories about what may be the issue only to get charged anywhere from $300 to $700 each time while not fixing the issue. I’ve worked with three different people in the repair department. I’m now working with the manager who avoids my calls for days on end till I actually walk in to speak to them then she promised to call me back like she has several times this week. She also told me she would be there today but does not work on weekends. My next move will be to let Jeep know how their brand is being represented by this company because I will never buy a jeep again. Total BS. Do yourself a favor and buy a car from someone else. I wish I could give negative stars like negative way they have treated me and my budget. I did not buy a car so that I could pay a car payment and $500 plus per month in repairs that don’t even fix the problem. You turned me into a Karen and I will not stop till I get answers

So, I went in to the dealership with a plan. I trade in my 2 year old wrangler for a grand Cherokee. I hadnt decided new or used at that time. Went in and tried to make a ridiculous deal on an SRT Durango, but I quickly realized that they werent that desperate to sell it, and I couldnt justify trading in two late model paid off cars for a vehicle AND a 40k loan. so. I opted for the certified used vehicle. Curtis was extremely helpful and friendly. this is not the first time we have dealt with him and it wont be the last. he is patient, listens to your needs and tried to work with you the best he can. I got a fair amount for my trade and the process was easier than before due to Covid changes. Thanks, Curtis!

When I first inquired about a new Ram truck with the intent of just looking, Bobby called me up and asked me to come in. I was rudely honest with him and told him I hate sitting at the dealerships and wanted him to ensure financing and availability of what I wanted before I would even agree to go in. Regardless of my tone, Bobby went out of his way to make the process smooth, fast, and enjoyable. He was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He met us at the door when we arrived, I was very specific about things I wanted and what I wanted to pay, and just a couple of hours later I was driving away in my dream truck! I have never liked dealerships, or dealing with salesmen, but Bobby was AMAZING!! He really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and worked up our deal, hassle-free! He took the time to show me all the features in the truck and how they worked, and two days later is still responding to my annoying questions via text. Got my car back and the top speed is 103MPH!? No follow up about this either. They want to do a good job but once they make mistake after mistake they just give up on trying to make it right. Dick Hannah Dodge might believe in nice but they dont believe in being honest...We just bought a car from Dick Hannah Subaru and the experience was excellent! They treated us well, no shady salesmen like DH Dodge, they offered us coffee, tea, bought us snacks, gave us bottled water, and even free merchandise - my wife picked out a Subaru mug - none of this was offered at DH Dodge at all and on top of it the DH Dodge salesmen had bad attitudes and only cared about finalizing the deal and getting us the heck out of there.

I was here for service earlier this week and had a few questions about pricing on a car. Just like the saying goes, a good experience doesnt get mentioned but a bad one never gets forgotten. I Met Fernando and we spoke for a bit. He immediately insisted I fill out credit information. and he said he would grab some info and keys for me, 20 mins Im still standing around waiting with no sign of him. I go into the showroom floor and my salesperson is face-timing and eating off in the corner. Ive been in sales for 20 years and this is a perfect example of how not to work in customer service. Went to gresham dodge today and purchased the same vehicle I was looking at, in and out in an hour.

After my last car buying experience, I never wanted to buy another car again. I first spoke to Jeff the Finance Manager. I explained everything to him and he was so kind and patient. I was just looking at my options and if I was even able to do what I wanted. He reassured me that buying a car shouldnt be a horrible experience, and everything will be okay. I then was introduced to Corrin my salesperson, she was very patient. If I had gotten anyone else I probably would have left, she understood what I was looking for and didnt give up till we found the perfect car for me. I had no intention of buying a car that day, but after the amazing kindness and patientience I found my car. I absolutely love my new car and I cant say enough good things about Jeff and Corrin. I unfortunately have to use this dealership for recall work. I bought my 2014 Dodge Ram ($65,000) in 2014. Since day 1 I had problems with the electronics. Mainly my rain sensor and some of the interior power outlets and backup camera. Right after I bought it, I took the truck in to try and get it fixed. I don’t know how many times I had to take it only to be told that they couldn’t duplicate the problem. I finally took them for a ride and immediately was able to show the problem. I doubt they put much effort in diagnosing. But even after duplicating the problem for them, they still couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Then after multiple phone calls later, they were told that the engineers had an answer. Then sometime later I was told that I missed out on getting fixed because apparently there was parts at the shop delivered and I didn’t contact them back to schedule the fix. And at that point was told that it is out of warranty even though I paid extra for extended. Beyond frustrated at that point...I gave up on them and just lived with the issue.Fast forward, other electronic issues popped up (11 issues). They have gotten worse over the past several years.I brought the truck in today for some recall work. And asked that they tell me what it would cost to look at all 11 issues for diagnosis to figure out what I need to fix them. I was told that it would cost $155 per issue just to look at them. Of course they said that if they are related to each other then some or all could be combine to fewer issues. So, just to have them look at it, it will cost me $155 or $1705. Of course I said no, I can’t take a risk that it will cost me $1705 and I don’t trust that they are competent or honest enough to keep the cost down to a reasonable amount.For a company that touts about being nice and people first, I am very disappointed.I dont expect a fix for me from this post...after all they have had this problem for years and haven’t fixed it. My hope is that potential customers will beware.I have had other issues with them over the years, but I have written enough.1 star for Honesty1 star for competence1 star for affordability1 star for communication3 star for politeness.

As if an accident wasn’t stressful enough, I broke a mirror and scheduled an appointment on Tuesday to get it fixed on Saturday. They knew the part and had even given me a quote. I called and and said to go ahead and order it and get it scheduled. Showed up to my 7:45am appointment on Saturday and they never even thought about ordering the part. Horrible service and now I have to keep driving around stressed out because I still can’t see out of my passenger side mirror. Taking my business to a different dealership from now on.

I have purchased five vehicles from these people and I will never buy another one. My son had the same problem with his truck and it was also 500.00 for one bulb so I guess I will set out in front of there store with a big sign that reads Thief I have nothing better to do.

Had a 9:30 appointment for recall work. Pulled into bay and was told Scott would be right with me. Over 15 minutes later..Scott nor any other sevice writer came by. In complete frustration, I finally took my key to the row of schedulers. Told them Im here for warranty work, not waiting any longer and to figure it out. While leaving, one of them said, sarcastically, have a good day! Terrible customer service! Wont go back!

*Update*After my initial experience with this dealership things got significantly better. Brian (my sales guy) was great. Straight shooter. He worked with another member of the financial staff to get the numbers I wanted and he succeeded. I got the car I wanted, the price I wanted and the trade in value I wanted. Im happy with my experience here.Pushy staff. They will lie to you about the value of your trade in, then push you to signing paperwork and tell you theyre going to bat for you. Theres a reason they get bad reviews. Garbage.

Don’t take your car to be serviced or have anything installed to this place. They will waste your time and try to charge you more then you were quoted. My boyfriend and I went to have windows guards installed ( it was his birthday present from me) he was quoted $181 all together out the door. They were the cheapest we could find around the Portland metro area, (we live in newberg,or) so we decided to go here. We had an appointment for 11:15 am and we showed up and dropped off the car at 10:45 am. We were told a couple hours, so we went and had some breakfast, and came back walked around the car lot and looked at other cars to kill time. We had left because we needed to run errands. 1pm came around and we had heard anything, so we called and he said they still hadn’t had a chance to work on it. But he would get it in ASAP. We waited about till 3 pm walked in and asked how much longer. The guy said they were about done. So we went and sat. We were starting to get irritated around 4:30 pm. 4:45 comes around and the guy called and said they were done. We walked in to pay, and the guy said $362, I looked at the service guy and said wait WHAT! No no no the guy on the phone quotes him $181 out the door. He’s like I can give you a 10% discount. I laughed and no!! We were quoted a price we are gonna pay what we were quoted. He said that was the best he could do. I said no we wait 7 hours for you to install rain guards, that’s not the best you can do. Go talk to who ever you need to, he said he would be right back. He came back and said $209 I said NO! $181 he asked if we were from Oregon we both said yes and he got it down to $191 because we didn’t want anymore headaches we agreed and paid. No papers on care for them, or what you can and can’t do with them. So now here we are 2 weeks later and yesterday July 24th,2020 I was looking at his truck and noticed all of them have life’s and bowed out, like cheap ones from amazon. He took his truck in today July 25th, 2020 at 8:30 am he was told that he would be taken care of. And that it would take and at max would take 2 1/2 hours. He waited and waited and waited and waited ect. Till around 1:30 and he ask them how much longer and they told him they hasn’t taken it back into the shop yet. Mind you he didn’t have me with him or a car to drive around while he was there. They didn’t offer him a loaner while he was there either. After he was told he was still going to have to wait he then called one of our friends in the area and had him pick him up. At 3:30 he got a phone call and said he’s his truck was done and ready to be picked up. He got there and they had told him the reason they bowed and detached from the truck was because we took the truck through the car wash!! WHAT? That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard in my life. He had cheap on his Jeep he used to own he got them off amazon and he took them through the car wash all the time and never did this ! So please tell me how on earth cheap ones never did this but expensive ones bow and detach! Please someone tell me.

So..I purchased a brand new Dodge Grand Caravan from Dick Hannah Dodge. We were pleased with the way we were treated by the sales staff and the purchased went flawlessly. Ive had it now for 4 WEEKS and the hatch wont open at all. Completely dead. Van has 900 miles on it. Bring it in to get fixed. No loaner, if I need to get around they say I can rent a car from enterprise out of my own pocket for 35.00 per day. They said it is probably 2 days minimum if they have the part. Believe in nice is their slogan..I think not. My Subaru dealer which is not a Hannah dealership gives me a loaner when they do a cleaning service. Will never buy a car here again. Spent $32,000 4 weeks ago..no loaner.

Bought a new 2019 dodge caravan. Expected to pick up a clean in and out car, interior was clean but not the outside, door jams, or under hood. Which I didnt notice under the hood until I got it home. Also wanted to add a couple things into financong, said couldnt work that made made sure to workin the gap and extended warrenty??!!!

The work is fine BUT their labor is VERY HIGH compared to other dealers and service providers.I compare actual charges labor once completed and find they are at least Two time more labor than what others paid for same service..... got me once, not getting me againTheir Parts dept uses a similar practice and prices parts at Matrix level which is way above List PriceLike I said, got me once on this one, won’t get me againIf you price your offerings fairly, I’d have no problem returning again and againMost folks aren’t savvy enough to know what’s fair and what’s ROBBERY

Overall the experience was great, Nassar took me for a test drive, also brought us snacks and drinks while going through the approval process. The sales team manager helped me secure a very reasonable monthly payment on a brand new 2020 challenger. Overall the process was comfortable and easy. SERVICE CENTER REVIEW ----NOT HAPPY!! My Rig was due for an air bag re-call service that started in January 7. Dropped my rig off @ 7:30 am. I was told by the service tech (Jeff) that my rig will be done by mid-afternoon. Mid-afternoon came along and no call/update. After numerous text messages and calls, 4pm came along and I was finally told that my rig is now being worked on. ALL DAY I WAITED...my rig did not get done until 5:30. Got in my rig and it smelled like cigarette smoke...my steering wheel smelled like smoke as well. When i went back inside to address my concerns about the smoke the driver yelled at me for not smoking and one of your service techs (woman) at the time was laughing at me. Next day, I noticed that the air bag cover on the passenger side was not properly placed. A service supervisor reached out to me (Cindy) and I addressed to her my concerns. We agreed to bring my rig back so they can look at the airbag on January 23. Got a complimentary oil change and a loaner...thank you! Turned out that the part that covers my airbag will need to replaced and should take 5 days to arrive. I was advised to bring the loaner back and will need to schedule again to bring my rig in for the part replacement!! Its been 5 days and still have not heard back on the part!! THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE WITH THIS JEEP/CHRYSLER/DODGE SERVICE TEAM!!! IT HAS BEEN SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE FOR ME AND AT THIS POINT I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE WITH THIS GROUP GETTING THE JOB DONE RIGHT!!!

This place charges 30% more on average for maintenance services than anyone else. I had my 2014 RAM 3500 Diesel service done and it was 458.00. The last service (exact same service) cost 276.00 at a local shop. I only opted to have the dealer do the service, since they had some recall work to do. NEVER AGAIN!

SERVICE CENTER REVIEW:I bought my truck from the truck center 1 year ago this month (yay!) and as of today the service center has had it going on a month and a half (combined) and still no resolution to a WATER LEAK IN THE CAB. I have attempted to get updates on my vehicle via phone calls and it is rare that anyone (not even managers) return a call or are available to take calls to update. I escalated it to Cindy who is over the service department to assure the repair is done correctly this time around and to have someone to follow up on the service on my truck and there has been minimal improvement in the process. I have to physically go in to the dealership in person to get any form of update, and when I do it is just excuse after excuse on the reasons why my truck still IS NOT done. Also the entire repair was not even accurately notated on my account, therefore more delays in getting my truck back. At this point we are looking at another week before I have my truck. A positive in this process, they did provide me with a loaner after pressuring them for DAYS to get one, but it is not the same as having my truck back. It was originally in before Christmas for the leak, they repaired it and the next rain (2 days later) it was leaking still. I brought it back and they are attempting to repair again. There is a significant break in communication within this service department and poor customer service. This behavior is terrible for customer retention and leave current customers questioning why they have bought from Dodge. If you want to feel like you are not a priority, get fed excuse after excuse, and have your vehicle in for repairs for an extended and unacceptable amount of time. . . Then this is the service center for you! If not, heed this warning.

I would give them no stars if I could. I wanted to trade my car in for a truck. I did my research, contacted the sales department of the truck I wanted to look at, and made an appointment. I told Roxanne I had limited time as I had to work that night and I also had my one and a half old with me. After looking at 4 trucks I found one that I wanted. Going back and forth for over 4 hours I told them if they could have papers signed by 4:30 pm I would buy the truck if after that Im leaving. They, two sales people and the manager, said they could do it. After 4:30 I asked two different sales reps for my key fob back for my car because I was leaving. They tried telling me that I could drive the truck home, come up Monday, or they could bring the truck to me. I said no I have a baby that hasnt slept and I have an hour drive home and have to work. They still would not give me my key fob back. One of the salesman that was working on the deal looked at me and said you dont even want the truck I was completely taken back as I had been there for hours. After they still wouldnt give me my key fob back I told the guy you guys have my address mail it to me I have my spare. I started walking out, getting my baby girl in the car when the guy comes out with my key fob and says again that I could drive the truck home or Roxanne could bring the truck to me the next day. I told him after the way I was treated no way. I told him I had asked for my keys back multiple times and that they knew I was on a schedule. The guy said that wasnt the way he meant it to sound and wished me luck. Well now it is a week later and I am realizing they never gave me back my registration that they took out of my car. Im beyond pissed. This poor other lady that was there had been waiting for 6 hours with two kids with her. She said they arent very kid friendly are they while I was there. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Josh Williams at the Vancouver, WA was awesome! So helpful, funny, with great customer service skills. Only negative is that we were told a much much lower interest rate and when arrived it doubled but that was not his doing. My suggestion to the finance department is to be 100% straight forward with the customer before they make the drive down 1 1/2 hours one way. We actually almost walked out. That does not have anything to do with Mr. Williams though so he gets a 5 star. Finance a 4.

Total impressive experience with the service department for my new Ram 1500. Had a significant issue while on vacation on the Oregon Coast and the local dealer was not helpful. Dick Hannah Dodge service department not only got my rig back but stayed late to make sure I got another similar vehicle to tow back our travel trailer, fixed the new rig, full ozone detail and all at no cost. Grateful for the extended warranty I purchased and the great service provided. They stepped up and took care of the customer. Thank you!!!!

Brought my truck in for couple of recalls. Service people told me it will be done same day. Didnt happen. No one returns your calls. No communication.Update. Took my truck in this week for another recall. This time is a lot better. Got work done same day, good communication this time.

In for a couple of recalls, must be about the sixth recall. Each time I lose my truck for the day, usually it not a problem sense the recalls are free. But today they tried to charge me to remove the aftermarket air filter ($86.00) so they could change the water pump. When I arrived to pickup my truck I was ignored for over 20 minutes. Then it took another 20mins.to get my truck. They could do better.

I took my car in to get an oil change at the service center and basically got robbed. When I drove in, I asked for an oil change. A worker came up and told me that it would be about a 45min to 1hr wait. I said that was fine and was then shown to the waiting room. After sitting there for just over 90 minutes, I went back out to the service area to ask how much longer it would be. At first, I was completely ignored. Eventually, someone came to help me and told me that my car had been ready to go for 20 minutes and that it would be almost $90.There are quite a few problems with this. First, at no point did anybody ask for my name. Second, nobody told me how much it was going to cost and verify that the amount was okay. If I known they would charge that much, I would have gone elsewhere. Third, when my car was ready, nobody came to tell me so.After being at the dealership for over an hour and a half, I had very little time to get to work. So, I didnt argue with them at the time over the amount. I mean keeping my job is far more important than arguing over $90 after all.Before this event, I had a pretty good perception of Dick Hannah Dodge. I had bought my car from them about 8 months prior. Im pretty sure the man who sold me my car said that I could get a discount on servicing at the dealership, too. The only good thing is that when I reached out, a manager responded within the day apologizing and offering to make it up to me. However, after trying multiple times to contact that manager via the provided avenues, I have not been able to get in touch.I have never left an online review for a business before, but I dont want other people to get mistreated like I was. Especially if the people at Dick Hannah Dodge offer cheap condolences with no follow up.

I took my truck there to have them install a brake controller. They quoted me $280 for the part, which was the same price i was quoted at my local dealer, (i went here because they could get me in sooner). When i was done they charged me $388 for the part. When I questioned it he just shrugged and said thats the price. They also didnt shut my hood all the way, which i didnt notice until I was on I205. So if you want honest fair pricing and quality workmanship, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I know ill never go back there again.

Worst possible service! The service department repeatedly has provided the poorest services! They dented our bumper and we have been waiting for 9 months for them to replace it! I have called several times! I will never take my truck back for anything other than the bumper if they ever get their act together! I only have them one star because zero is not an option!

Good car buying experience, but VERY poor quality Jeep service. We have several cars serviced here for the last couple years, and its always a 50/50 chance they do something stupid. We keep working with them, trying to be understanding, hoping they will improve, but they just cant seem to solve their quality problem. Some examples of their negligence over the coarse of many different service appointments are: forgetting to tighten the oil filter causing a oil leak, spilling transmission fluid over the top of the motor, failing to install a transmission gasket so the fluid leaked, leaving their tools in the engine compartment, test driving ~40 miles for no good reason without asking while Im sitting in their waiting area, forgetting to work on our car while we wait and only discovering their oversight when we inquired an hour later. There are more examples, but these are the ones stuck in my immediate memory.

I came in to do just an oil change and recall on my 06 dodge sprinter,. Had an unusual problem after the recall that wasn’t their fault. They worked quickly to resolve it. Treated me very good, even though I didn’t buy Service they recommended. Worked with Alyssa and Cynthia.
