Absolutely amazing service. I ordered from the site and was extatic at the product quality of the fruit pigmented line. The makeup is so amazing.The blush thats in the Fruit Pigmented - Better Naked Palette is the best blush Ive ever owned, its so beautiful and natural. The lip caramel lipgloss smells like the most delicious thing in the entire world (and it looks gorgeous too), and normal mascara always smells the same (a little like rubbing alcohol) but not the blue one I bought! It smells like blueberry pie! Im in love. 💙

My favorite makeup. We are so lucky to have a brick and mortar store at the Vancouver Mall to try all the colors and products in person. Plus the staff are top notch and keep you posted of outstanding sales and when new products come put they will do free facials and makeovers. Super beautiful, non toxic, lovely makeup line.

I really wanted to check out the products in the store, but it was made impossible by the store clerk following me around the whole time. I didnt have a moment to myself to look at anything without being sold on something. Eventually I got so frustrated I just left without buying anything.

Recently my makeup line switched to just skin care. So I went into the shop to see what they offered. I think that I found some quality makeup. Cross my fingers.

Im writing this review because my girlfriend had a bad experience at the Vancouver store. Usually they are really nice she said but it was a girl named Shaun? Red hair and short that ignored us while we were in there on her phone. The makeup guy at Ulta where we went after told her its something they hear about a lot? Happened right before the election.

They are always so helpful to me. I have some things that I have to work around that make my orders unique and they are always there to help me. Most often I have worked with Rachel, but so many other people there have been wonderful too! Quick shipping and quality products. I am allergic to most things and this makeup is something that I can use - it is pretty remarkable

I absolutely love shopping here. The employees are very kind and helpful, and I feel so good about putting their all-natural products on my skin. Not only are they all natural, they actually are terrific products as well, something you don’t always find in “all-natural” makeup.Furthermore, their customer service and integrity are something I appreciate. Recently, I bought some products that qualified for a very nice giveaway bag of extra goodies. I was thrilled! Imagine my surprise when, a couple of days later, I received something in the mail from them. Apparently, I had also qualified for another giveaway, unbeknownst to me, so they sent it to my home when they realized I hadn’t gotten it. Wow! Impressed!

I love shopping here. I used to shop at a big cosmetic chain store . However I stumbled on this store by accident. Since I used to live across from the Vancouver mall. Well, I got Mia on the phone and was telling her my makeup issues. She steered me to some awesome products by 100 percent pure. She even sent them to me freight paid. From now on this is the only store I will shop at. Also I always make sure to ask for Mia as she has treated me like I was a queen.

Just discovered this gem today! Wish I had found it sooner. The Manager was incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions. Cant wait to use all my new products!

How can you beat it? Melody was super nice and helpful and i didnt feel any pressure at all. i was curious about the place when i went in at the mall. wasnt shopping for anything specific but was greeted and helped immediately. I love the products (face wash, serum, moisturizer, and liquid eyeliner) plus i got a free gift bag with some random stuff that apparently was worth $150. all in all, a great buy.

This is my favorite 100% Pure store. I live in Utah and Rachele is always willing to help me place orders via the phone. The whole staff is knowledgable and willing to answer questions and make recommendations. Someday I hope to visit in person and in the mean time I will continue to call into place orders over the phone. A great resource, especially if the website is out of the products I want. Sometimes the Vancouver store is running a special that isnt online too, so I get a bonus discount or gift with purchase.

I adore this store. I usually have to order online since I live several hours away, but its a treat to come in and try all of the lovely, natural makeup. The store is always tidy and well stocked, with friendly staff. During my visit today, Chezney was so wonderful in helping me try out a bridal look! I cant wait to come back.

Ive been a 100% Pure customer for some time now, and used to order online. Now, I have to say the customer service at the Vancouver location is what keeps bringing me back for more! It honestly feels like Im shopping at a neighborhood store - very friendly and welcoming. Rachele, the manager, has made an effort to develop a connection with customers, and thanks to her help Ive found my every day make-up staples. I highly recommend checking this place out, especially if you need to color-match products. (Oh yah, the products are bomb too. All-natural, vegan make-up for the win!)

I like the idea of selling beauty products made of natural ingredients. Thats why most of the items are expensive. But hey, your skin will benefit for it. The store is clean and well organized. The associate who was working that afternoon was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She even gave me a give away bag and some samples to try.

I may have misunderstood, but it seemed my friend and i were treated passively aggressively because we did not buy any product. In their defense, we did try a full face. My guess is it may have also been because we look like teens. We are in fact young professionals. Sometimes we window shop and sometimes I turn a friend on to a brand and they (my more makeup obsessed friends LOL) drop $500! Please be mindful about treating all customers equally; everyone is a potential lifelong customer.

UPDATE: I’m so impressed by the customer service this store provided! They went out of there way to make sure all of my concerns and needs were met. Not only that but the product is amazing and I love using something that I know is non toxic and at the same time works better then some of the higher end products I have from Sephora. I will be coming back to this store for all my makeup and skin care needs!

I wanted to love this place, unfortunately I have had a horrible experience with customer service, not once but twice. Same lady (Marieliz) My fiancé went again alone, spent $200 and says the lady was rude and not helpful (he is not the type to complain). It’s sad because I would love to support pure locally, unfortunately I will most likely purchase online now and not return to this location. I am in management and would never allow this kind of customer service.

I am so in love with the company and their drive for their products. The ladies in the shop were super sweet and allowed me to take home two samples of the 2nd Skin Foundation as well as help me find the charcoal soap bar I swear by. I cannot wait to pick up some super cute nail polishes and a brand new facial cleanser in the future. Thank you for believing in clean, pure, vegan and cruelty free products!

Chezney, at the Vancouver Washington store was so sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me. I was ordering products but also really wanted the free gift that came with it. They were out of them so i decided to wait on my purchase. I was bummed because I really wanted the free gift. Chezney called me the next day to let me know they received a shipment of the free gifts and that she could mail my order and gift ASAP. There aren’t many companies with people that take time out of their day to go the extra mile, she did and thank you 100 % Pure for hiring lovely people and of course making awesome natural products!

As someone who cares about eco-friendly & cruelty-free products, this place is a godsend. Not only have I loved every product Ive purchased (Vitamin C serum, retinol balm, night creams, concealers, mascara...) but the customer service is unparalleled. I also love that theres a reward system for returning your empty containers. So happy my sister found this place and recommended it to me!
