I really like this particular store. The staff are pretty nice but sometimes like today there is only 1 register open n a line of people trying to check out. I have always thought if more than 3 in line get another register open. I waited in line over 15 minutes due to a customer haggling over a price! Lol its goodwill not Macys! The store was clean n not very many things appeared thrown about which means the only 3 employees in the front area were doing a good job keeping the mess down.

Always get my books here. Always a good selection at a good price. Same with clothes. Can find a shirt or pair of pants when I need.

Not as nice as some other local Goodwills, but not terrible. Deals can still be had, but youll have to earn them.

Very nice selection of esoterica. Left with the items I came in for and a bonus surprise for my significant other.

No waiting to donate. Other Goodwill locations often have lines to drop off. Staffers says they remain busy. Its been easier and less time consuming to donate here.

This one always has some great items-- particularly the home and decor section! Theyve also got a great selection of business-casual and professional clothing, if youre trying to bulk up your work wardrobe on a budget. The toy and children section is usually fairly small and low on items when I go in, but Im sure that can change for better or worse, now and then. The people are always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is pleasant and tidy.

This goodwill is a good one. They always seem to have what i am looking for. Good selection of clothes and household goods. I always like to look for dvds at any goodwill i go into and they seem to always have the best selection at this one. And a bigger selection of books as well. The staff were doing their best to help out a long line at the checkout too. In all this is a good store.

Came here with my newborn, the staff accused me of stealing, followed me around the store and were trying to get me to show them my baby that was sleeping covered in his car seat. The lady who started it all was off duty. She lied about me to a few associates and the lady working the dressing rooms tried to get me to take my baby out of the car seat before I could use the room. They attracted so much attention to me it was embarrassing the customers were all looking at me weirdly and the manager met me at the door and was watching me and my family load our car. Terrible experience I don’t even feel comfortable there anymore. I felt bullied and harassed.

I have always had very positive experiences at this store. The store is well organized and clean and the employees have always been very helpful and friendly. Anyone who shops at Goodwill should know that often the employees are working their way back up from often very difficult situations. Have a little grace and patience and your shopping experience should be good.

I recently went to donate some items and was even lees impressed than I usually am with this Goodwill. At one point, I was one of 8 cars waiting in line to donate. The attendant barely acknowledged me and was apathetic at best. They waited until everything was unloaded to point out an item wasnt accepted but said nothing when I initially communicated what I had to drop off. I have always had to ask for a receipt and the request is usually received as an irritation. I didnt bother asking this time.This is an experience I have had before both donating items and in store with employees who seem to define the lackadaisical.I will be donating at other locations with far superior service and organization.

Good size! Good quality of stuff as well!! I mean, take in consideration the location of the goodwill. Yes they try to distribute out all over. Change it up. But not as well I think haha. This store has decent stuff and newer stuff too. Think of the people who drop off here. That live in this location you know. Who shop this location. They need items that sell ;D The drop off donation stuff had some great things as I passed it. What i saw at least.

Beware, during covid you are not allowed to try clothes on but you can return them for a credit that expires in only a couple of weeks. I returned an item that was damaged and they failed to notice, they got the item back and I got a credit that I couldnt use fast enough and still lost my money. The customer loses every time in this situation. The store policy is crooked.

Staff are usually good. Stuff is usually clean... biggest problem here is that I have seen a LOT of dollar store items (literally) there for anywhere between 7 and 15 bucks. Cmon Goodwill, there is a difference between non-profit filing, and actually doing some good.Other than that, good place to find little items that you dont normally see, especially in the book section.

We bought a house and I like shopping at Goodwill stores, because they have so many items that we cant find at the other stores anymore. Also most of things are very good deal in Goodwill stores.Once I paid for my items but somehow I left one of the bags at the cashier when I check out. Next day when I came back and I got it back easily. I said so because I met a gentlemen there, his name is Tony, and hes supervisor of that store, which is located at 6425 NE Fourth Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98661. Hes very kind and very helpful for all customers. Hes commended by the employees whose working there at that store as well.After that I have had chance to come for a few time at this stores and of course I got some help from Tony again. Tony is such the best customer service ever! If you dont believe me, please try to come to that location and ask for Tony with any kind of help, then you will see whats the truth!

I prefer thrift stores to Dollar Stores. You dont get that carcinogenic odor like you do at the Dollar Tree at the Goodwill. This particular Goodwill is always sad for me to go to. The clientele are economically depressed or migratory or homeless. But they do have a lot of clothing for me in the big and tall womens section. And I would say the dental hygiene of most of the employees here is aces. Cuz we all know that my commentary is more social than retail based. I believe they have an inordinate amount of womens clothing by comparison to the mens. I dont know how I feel about that

I went to donate a few items and placed everything on the back seat of my car. I stepped out of my car and was met by a younger man who immediately offered to take the items out of my car for me. I told him exactly what to take out, everything thats on the back seat, a large box, a paper bag and a Vacuum cleaner. As he was removing those items he was also combed through my car helping himself to 2 brand new digital TV converters on the front passenger seat and about $7.00 in change that I put between the seats after eating at Wendys.I didnt discover the missing items until I got home and immediately called Goodwill. I talked to the manager who said she would look into it and never heard back from her again. We wrote several letters, made several phone calls and finally got the excuse that the items go to a central warehouse to be distributed to all stores so they had no way of finding the items. I told her the kid stole the stuff and she needed to talk with him but nothing ever happened. The manager never even offered to give me in store credit for the missing items which at least would have kept me as a customer and patron. I just throw away all my reusable items I dont need anymore and will never go back to Goodwill.Be careful dealing with this store when you donate things, dont let any of the employees enter your car and remove the items to be donated from your car yourself. Im out close to $200.00 by making this mistake and Im sure its still going on there if not at all the goodwill stores.

Hate trying to donate here. Had a drop leaf table with four chairs, great condition, solid wood. Table was missing a single washer to hold the leg in- easy fix. Wouldnt take it.

Haven’t been inside the store but went here to donate toys and clothes from my move. Horrible customer service, I saw a lot of items dropped off on the side and when I asked if I could drop stuff off at that location I was answered with a rude “NO, you’re not allowed to” by some guy working there that was just sitting in his car on the side. I then went to the 78th goodwill to drop off those items and they gladly took them. Would not recommend the fourth plain location to anyone

Clean and no complaints. Smaller facility; but still lots of stuff. I couldnt find anything for me. Was looking for dress shirts, maybe another suit jacket, jeans, t-shirts.

This location has really organized and cleaned up its shopping experience. The racks and quality of things I see now while shopping have improved drastically in years past. Good job new employees.

Neat and clean. Fun variety of all manner of goods. Weve been a bit disappointed lately with the high prices. Its hard to swallow, but they no longer claim to be a community service at all; just a job-training site. If youre really in need you may or may not find what youre looking for here, but if you do find it, you may not be able to pay for it. The staff is friendly and the store is neat. We are still glad they exist, though.

Been shopping here for 14 years since moving from the NYC area. This store tends to have more variety with a higher likelihood of coming across something just a little bit out of the ordinary that has been overlooked by others. The staff here tend to be more appreciative of polite and helpful customers than what you might find at other stores. This is my top thrift pick in the Metro area!

Usual junk, clean and tidy. Visitor from the south thought our local goodwills were almost as nice as Kohls! Check them out if uou are visiting. He found all his souvenirs.

Theyre supposed to be a local e waste disposal location. Reality is they wont take the majority of standard household e waste. I called to check and the person that answered the phone said they take all working and not working electronics. This is not true. After loading a full van and driving here I have no choice to throw all this in a dumpster, including plenty brand new unused items because I dont have time to unload and loadload a full cargo van multiple times. . Apparently they prefer landfill to recycling.

I love shopping Goodwill! I shop for specific items and just browse for good deals. Im never disappointed!

I normally never return an item at Goodwill, but theyve gotten so expensive I had to yesterday and I was treated like dirt. The POC denied they sold the item (I had sticker on shoes and paper receipt) and without actually saying youre lying made it clear they were sure I was lying. There are too many other non profit retail business that respect a customer to shop at Goodwill. Never again. Ive always told my friends to go to Salvation Army 1/2 a mile away. The staff treats me like a friend and never question my integrity. You cant beat the prices anywhere in Vancouver. Trust me, stop in and ask to see Katy or Kristy theyll take great care of you.

I drove all the way here to find out they closed this location. Besides that goodwill is great.

Im generally not enamored with Goodwill Stores, but am still glad they are there for when I am looking for things on the cheap. Theres always a weird smell in all of them, but not overwhelming. Always worth checking out to see if they have what you need.

I have bought 2 items that were brand new in box, they guaranteed me the pieces were all there. Im disabled so I had to wait for help to put it together and there are pieces missing. 40 dollar gas grill and a 10 dollar clothes rack. Goodwill refuses to give me credit because14 days have passed.so Im out 50 dollars plus tax because I trusted them... I will never shop there again.

Good selection of womens shoes, books, very organized clothing racks. Prices have increased to rest sale prices. Dont see the need for higher prices.

I look for item with the tags still attached. But honestly, Goodwill has gone off their mission of helping the poor. Now they seem to be trying to pad the pockets of the ceos and managers. Ive seen item higher in price than a retail shops sale item. They need to lower prices.

Worst Goodwill I have ever had the misfortune of shopping at, and I’ve been to dozens all across the country.Grimy, dirt everywhere. The walls of the dressing rooms are covered in stains. Balls of dust and hair in the corner and under the bench of dressing room.The employees were yelling over intercom for assistance at the registers and at fitting rooms, and the other employees apparently were ignoring it, because the intercom employees had to keep repeating themselves the entire time I was in the store.The store is large, but a poor selection of things of nearly every kind.

It has great content, but dont drink their sodas...

The staff are always nice and have smiles on their faces. Most of the time its clean and well organized.

I left my camera at the goodwill and the check out women staff kept it for me. It has about 800 of my honeymoon photos that I took this entire week-all through the coast and all, on it 😭😭😇😇😍😍😊😊😌😌😌😌😌 I was freaking out. Thank you Goodwill checker ladies for being honest and kind!!!

The hell with this place i was doing some shopping here and was looking to get a new laptop case. I was looking at a nice case that the price tag was not stuck on properly and when i was re sticking it on a women snatched it out of my hands and walked to the back she had no goodwill name tag or uniform on. After which i was followed then when i tried to checkout they would not let me purchase any of my items and said they needed to go back out to a production warehouse which we all know is pure bullshit. This goodwill is horrible shop elsewhere.

Its alway fun to visit goodwill. Found what we were looking for. Its a good day.

Prices seemed exceptionally high for used clothes & household items. Just the bottoms of a very worn swimsuit was $6.99 that Id just seen brand new, both pieces as a complete set, for $9.97. NO bargains at Goodwill!!!

This Goodwill is incredibly clean and well organized but always well picked over for tech related products and what they do have is priced high probably because the demand is there.

Of the Goodwills in the area, this one is about average - which is good considering we have 4 and there isnt a bad one in the bunch. This is the retail outlet - not the one where they sell merchandise by the pound.

Good selections (you get two stars for that ) thou i had an issue with an employee told me my sibling could not be alone in toy alise she persoanlly walked her back ok but she ( older 50s-60s lady white hair kept in pony tail ) let other kids about 4 even some younger than her be alone in there didnt even bat an eye at them .constantly watched only my sibling not the other kids whenever she was in the toy asile with me felt personally attacked she gave her me and my grandmother tons of glares too whenever we would be around the dressing room / shoes glaring and picking at a 4 year old ? Come on thats bull**** highly dissapointed in her attatuide and i will never shop at this goodwill location again .

Smaller than most Goodwills Ive been to. Not a very good furniture section. Hard to navigate the sales floor. Not great, not bad.

Hmm, the prices here sure have gone up, and things are still very unorganized. Also the hangers they use are very very cheap and break constantly as you are looking at things, but hell. I still shop here often enough. Miss the Value Village that used to be near by though. That was much better.

This is a rip off joint that charges high prices for things they get for free and pay disabled people less than minimum wage to work in their Oregon stores. Dont give these people your money. Its a scam.

The usual fare. I was disappointed they wanted $6 for aluminum water bottles. And $8 for 4 bottles of nail polish. I figured i may as well wait and buy what i really want at a higher price retail. Seems excessive.

Some items on the menu are better than others. I personally like the smothered burritos.
