Extensive delays in scheduling initial installation. Counters were not installed properly and have already begun to crack at the seams. In the two weeks since I have notified them of the issue there is still no word on how or when it will be resolved. Our account manager has not answered or returned any phone calls over the entire project. Supply chain issues are one thing, but this company seems to have significant issues when it comes to skilled labor and customer service. Judging by other recent reviews, this is not an isolated incident either. I would recommend you seriously consider going with another company for your countertop needs.

Working with Saxum stone currently, timing and estimate of timing has now become very acceptable. I will update this review with timing as i get it...08/24 - Template and measurements09/13 - No update, Template measurements have not been ordered. Told could be 4 weeks (initially told, 10-14 days from template)

Love the work this company does. Very fast and courteous staff. Precise measurements and attention to detail. We had one mishap that cracked a slab and they made it right quickly. I would definitely recommend Saxum to builders and homeowners.

The countertops look good but the communication with this company is so poor. It takes many calls, messages and follow up emails with no response to get through to anyone. We have an issue where one of the edges of our countertop was left unsmooth and I’ve been trying to get ahold of anyone there for over a month. We coordinated these countertops through IKEA because we thought it would be a smooth operation but now I’m really wishing we had contracted our own company.

IF YOU NEED YOUR COUNTERTOPS DONE ON TIME DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!VERY dissatisfied with the company. They came and took measurements August 5th still have not gotten countertops installed. Was told 10-14 days after measuring. Ive requested to talk to a manager multiple times and have not gotten any response. 0/5 stars

Bought an IKEA countertop, which Saxum Stone is contracted for, in June. We had a template measured about 6 weeks later with very little correspondence. I was told by the person that came out that he would be SHOCKED if our counters weren’t in within 2 weeks. They did just take over the IKEA contracts and were busy backfilling over 200 orders.Since that date, NO ONE has contacted me with an update. I log into our portal, a few updates on changes have posted with no explanation. Don’t bother calling, they don’t answer.Have not been this unhappy with customer service in a long while.Emailing Naomi with no reply, or if I do get an email back it’s after a third attempt.Called Alley with scheduling and order care. Not able to get an acceptable reason I cannot get my counters in after I had a set date of 9-13-21, then no one showed up!!Sick installers from week prior. Sorry you didn’t get a call or email. And now all other orders that are scheduled are jumbled. ‘I cannot set an installation date at this time.If you are taking on such a large load of orders, hire help. Train people in customer service skills.Simply email or call with updates. Take the time to do your job correctly. If the employees expect other professionals that they deal with to be efficient, friendly and accommodating, they should hold that same expectation of themselves.

Ill tag onto Austins post. I have called and emailed repeatedly. We had our measurements done on 8/5/21 and also were told it would be 10-14 days from there for the installation. I keep getting the runaround with no definitive answer. I asked to have a manager call me. I have not received a call. I called the store itself and left a message - no response. Ive also reached out the the CFO, Charlie Zupsic. Unfortunately, I am only able to find him on LinkedIn; no phone or email for him, but Ive reached out via private messaging through that venue, as well. So far, no response. I will also try the Tony Klincke, the other registered agent for Saxum Stoneeen unhelpful, as well.I have also reached out to Tony Klincke, after receiving no response from Mr. Zupsic.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. There has been delay after delay due to their communication and administrative errors. They told me that the counters would be installed 10-14 days after the initial appointment. They removed my countertops and sink 22 days ago and I still dont have a date scheduled. They provided no updates and after hours on the phone trying to get information I was told that they have too many current orders and it will take a month to get to mine. Since then Ive been given the run around about why my order is delayed. In my opinion it is completely unreasonable to remove someones counters and sink and then drastically change the timeline due to poor business practices. I recommend that you find another place to get your counters.

I was originally referred to Saxum Stone thru Contract Furnishings Mart (CFM). I was looking for a specific piece of quartz and CFM recommended using Saxum. Once I selected my piece, I worked directly with Saxum Stone, specifically Andrew. Everything from start to finish was fantastic. Andrew’s continued communication was excellent on when things would be ready, etc. He was able to fit me in right after the holidays which was wonderful. The installers were very good and professional. I would highly recommend using Saxum Stone for any of your countertop needs. Thanks again Andrew!

Recent installation of Blanco Spring Granite countertops by Logan Piper and Josh Uptergrove was expertly executed. These two young men were personable, efficient and went above and beyond with a seamless installation. The quality of their work, including the beautiful product, met all of my expectations.
