I love Albertsons. I can always find what I am looking for. And this one is my favorite. They are friendly and helpful. They store is always clean

Great food shopping. Good pharmacy. Everything is placed real easy to find it.

This has been my family’s go to store for over 14 years, so I’ve been here just a few times. The store itself is always clean and well maintained. However, the Salmon Creek location just recently added “Drive Up & Go” parking spots. They removed the main 8 parking spaces making a quick stop at a grocery store into a “Hike”. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for exercising, but I don’t intend to get my steps in from my vehicle to the store doors….Will be shopping elsewhere from now on.Very disappointed!

They provided a map for their recent product locations. Our cashier Shaon is always wecomi.g and funny. Its so nice to have someone who knows you even with your masks on!!

Nice store, helpful people and the place is always clean ND well stocked.

Clean and tidy. Friendly service and if you have a club card or have a friend that has a card, then you can save a few cents.

The staff here are always friendly and safety is always observed here. Just remember to grab a cart wipe before going in to wipe youre hand basket.My only complaint would be is that there is no self checkout. But the service is good and friendly, so I do not mind.

Disappointing visit to Albertsons Salmon Creek store. Many empty shelves, passed at least 4 workers and only one said hi. Not being familiar with this location, I walked around the entire store looking down isles to find cold drinks, passed two separate employees and had to ask them to help me. I worked 20+ years in grocery more than half with Albertsons and this has drastically changed from what was expected of me and what I expected from those that worked under my leadership as a manager. That being said the store was clean and seemed to be organized although possibly pandemic related bare shelves. The cashier was friendly enough but I had to initiate greeting and thank her when I left, this should be day one training for employees. I guess customer service is a lost art these days. 🤷

Deli clerks are extremely nice always very helpful.In fact this is my favorite Albertsons to go to because everyone Ive encountered is always so kind.I go out of my way to go to this store.

Horrible timethe check out attendant started checking me out and upcharging me $2 on each item then bagging every item individually throwing them on the ground stomping on them and telling me how much they hated the environment and neoliberalism. told me my hair was dirty and made me cry. I paid for my stuff and left...10/10 experience will come again :)

Good clean supermarket. The meat associate that was there Sunday afternoon, was hard to understand and didnt seem to know about products in the meat department. But other than that. Good store. Will be back.

An older, less busy alternative to the Safeway on the other side of town. The service is fine and the recently-installed self-checkout is nice. Traffic has picked up a bit lately.

What a beautiful store. The fried chicken was yummy. The deli and produce areas were clean and well stocked. Employees were friendly and helpful. MASKS are mandatory 🙏🙏

The customer service we receive was non existent. Waited 10 mins at the Bakery and had to go track our own help down to place our order. The associate who helped us seemed bothered & irritated she had to leave her cozy customer service desk to help us.

Its a great place placement of products are a bit hard to navigate over all quality good extremely helpful staff

Im concerned that many employees are not wearing masks correctly. They do not cover their noses. One is the male butcher, another is a woman in the deli, another man who was stocking the dairy section yesterday. Once I told the manager and he spoke to an employee immediately. Yet it persists. If they are making a statement, well I cant control that, but I can stop shopping there and I will from this point forward.

Albertsons is a national grocery store chain that has many coupons and deals all the time. It is always worth walking around to check out what is on sale since there are deals all over the store. This location is usually pretty busy, however the lines move pretty quickly here. They have a food counter that has fairly fresh food here, and they have no problem making things specifically for you. Tons of parking outside and very clean bathrooms inside as well.

Love this store, their prices, and staff.

I dont know why but this Albertsons feels so homely. All the staff is great and its usually never crowded u less you go at 5 pm which of course will be crowded. Its also very close to home :)

Always clean, large selection of fruits that are fresh and I can get ripe and also not as ripe for later in the week without spoiling, which I love. Clerks are always friendly and they dont make the bags so heavy so they dont RIP open and spill the groceries on the way into the house. I think the packers should always be mindful of the elderly when packing their grocery bags.

Everyone here is always so nice, I never have to wait in line long while checking out. Staff are always super helpful when trying to find products or if you have any questions. They have a great selection of quality products at good prices and always seem to be well stocked. I havent ever had a bad experience coming to this Albertsons. Parking is also great, a nice sized parking lot so you can always find a space. The lot is also never littered with shopping carts either.

Drop your prices. Even as a quick stop Albys is about 50% above all other grocers. $2 diff just for mac n cheese compared to a more reasonable Grocer. Nice stores, though. Union staff a little uppity. You Can shop at a minute mart cheaper than Albertsons though.

Best fried chicken outside of KFC. And you cant beat the price of Monday special! Then add nice and friendly staff and a clean store...its a nice place to be.

I currently work for Albertsons and I gotta say the people there are extremely friendly and have made me feel good about working for and with them.

Such nice clerks they are all very helpful & friendly they always have clean carts plus this store is not so crowded as some other stores

No thrills and very old school (looking) store but the staff are super cool and nice for the most part, they have decent produce, and then of course everything else youd go into a big grocery store for. Its our go to if we want to grab a couple of things but we tend to shop at stores with more healthy choices.

I do shop there about once a week. The meat department is really good.

Small location and inconvenient locale for most of the Couve. I am happy to find cup 4 cup all purpose mix here as its been out of stock for a couple months at FM. However, my main reason for traveling across town was that their website showed they had paprika sausages by Hill Premium meat, in Pendleton. Sadly, I only found Italian, which I dislike and plain, ground, lump sausage. No one else around here carries this brand and it is pretty much the only brand sausage I like. So, if you can eat whatever you want, WinCo or Grocery outlet are both more affordable. If you are stuck gluten free, like me, they have a very limited selection and like most things in the store, they are pricier than the competition. If you live nearby, it may be worth it to you to pick up supplementary items here but due to higher cost, I wouldnt recommend big trips.

Theyre more expensive than Safeway, their whole cooked chickens are more expensive to.... bummer 👎

Good at being an Albertsons

Its great place to go when youre in a hurry because lines are always short. They have a good selection of groceries, drug store, and some household goods. The prices are higher than other stores in the area. They do have some good loss leaders. Just have to watch the ads and prices.

Had to run back home because I forgot my wallet. Clerk told me they could hold my items. Came back about 7 mins later and they had put my items away. Waste of time store. I truly dont know why other people shop here. Even during a pandemic.

We just went to the Battle Ground Albertsons and once again were treated as if we were putting the clerk out. A woman with short blonde hair, did not greet us, smile or converse with us. I say again if the Battle Ground Albertsons employees dont want to be there then they should collect their pay check and find another job.

I think this store is miss managed and I wonder how they stay in business. We have now decided to drive a little further down the road to Safeway because they have much better customer service.Were this is coming from:My husband and I have moved near this Albertsons a little over a year ago. I work at a grocery store in another part of town, however, sometimes on my days off or late evening we will sneak over to this store because it is so close. Every time we have gone to this Albertsons I have had a bad experience. Most day cashiers are rude and forget the customer service part of their job. There is a lot following this but, I just wanted to stress how many chances I have given before I gave this review.One time in particular, the cashier did not say one word to me other than what I needed to pay her. During this whole time I asked her how her day was, and made a cheesy joke about something I was buying. Then I awkwardly told her to have a nice day because she was ignoring me.I stopped in one evening there was no one in the check-stands or in eyesight of any of the check-stands. I couldnt hear anyone in the store. I was really hungry for my chicken I was trying to purchase so I waited longer then most people would. Finally what felt like eternity (which only ten minutes by the clock on my phone) I walked out, leaving the chicken. If I was that type of person I could of stolen it. Though, I felt terrible I left the chicken out without putting it back it probably went bad by the time anyone found it.Another time I was waiting in the back of a long line. I must stress I had waited long enough to wonder wither my purchases were really that necessary, they were (dang it). By the time a cashier appeared to help I was the next costumer but still hadnt put my stuff on the belt. I started to make a move toward toward the rescue cashier. But then he told the people who just walked up behind me that he could help them. They looked at me and suggested maybe I should go a head of them considering I have been waiting. I thanked them. And thought cashiering 101, you help the next person in line, even costumers know that. That was the day I swore to never return.My husband came to agree to my point of view when he went to buy a bottle of vodka for a friend. He was not familiar in what was good and needed advice. The employee he found made fun of him and rolled his eyes.

This store has the BEST Deli in Vancouver!! The Ladies are so helpful and concerned that you receive what you ask for. I go out of my way to come to this Albertsons. The store staff is friendly and helpful. Be sure to stop at the Deli and get a free smile from these gals!

Good medium sized grocery store. Check out lines tend to be long since they dont have any self checkout station. Otherwise, no complaints.
