Went here to have a mailbox key made. The gentleman employee helping me was really new. He kept apologizing for taking so long but I kept telling him we all have to start somewhere. This location has pre lit Christmas trees in! I was thinking about snagging one! Very clean location, quick check out and great service!

Above and beyond!Bruce personally delivered a large / heavy Barbecue to my home - after hours and wouldn’t accept a deliver fee. Can’t say enough about this local business. I love this place for I believe it is family owned and if not family owned it sure gives you that feel. I would also say this is not just from a few visit this is from many visits over many many years. They are always friendly and the best of all is they are always willing to help. Great customer service plus they have every nut, screw, bolt and almost any other unique part you may need.

I pulled in a few minutes before opening on the way in to work and waited in my car. At 5 after the time they were supposed to be open, no one had approached the building. I chose to go next door to Fred Meyers instead, and as I pulled out I realized the employees were parked behind me… they had been parked behind me the whole time.

Went in to buy a hibachi grill it was a good price for what I got. The employees just seem to stand around and are not eager to help the customer at all. I needed help in order to get the grill down from the top shelf and the employee seemed to be annoyed with asking him to pull it down for me.Customer service is everything. that is how you will get returning customers if the services are great. This place was not great and I will never return here again.

Found an all-brass (marine) padlock here, a less common item. They had blanks for spare keys, and cut by a human vs. a robot. Very reasonable pricing, only a buck ea to cut the other blanks I brought in. Fast, friendly service, no searching for help. This is why I shop at a REAL hardware store!

Better service, selection, and prices at Walmart. Places like this are only needed if they provide service not attainable at big box stores. If they dont provide it, shut the store. Very disappointing.

Great store, I was being a hassle coming in at 6:40pm because I was so tired from work that I forgot to get these things fixed around the house. This guy helped me find quick & easy fixes for my tubing problem that was honestly a left-field problem. Turns out teflon tape was the quickest, most efficient & cheapest solution to connect the loosely connected tube.

I got it home. Huge dent in one corner that is t00 much to overlook. Goes back and hopefully they have one that aint. Rating is for customer service and was fantastic.....read, re-read warranty info....so the dent is livable, they say dent is not a defect, its one of those shipping things, yeah, glad I could push it back almost new wrinkled from stretched metal a few bumper stickers will fix it shape and god help them if anything fails on it.

Bought a smoker there yesterday. AWESOME! It was about $150 less than anywhere else in town.

I love the service and people that work here. They are always very helpful no matter what I am looking for, or what project I am working on. I have been shopping with them for years, before when they were located at what used to be referred to as Garrison Square. I highly recommend you to do your shopping at ACE Cascade Village Hardware.

This gentlemen is genuinely respectful and consistently attempting to help you in any manner he can do so. I shopped during the holidays and it may seem like its the Christmas spirit but I sincerely believe that is his genuine type of character! Smaller, local hardware stores are so important! This store was fantastic, had great customer service, and I was so grateful to find it within walking distance when my car key broke in half. Zach was a genius and was able to make me a new key from the broken one. He saved me a $60 service call to have a locksmith come to my car!! Support your local businesses and come meet these fabulous people!

This review is based off of one experience at this store. That being said, my first time in this store will not be my last as the staff were very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly in helping me with my project. Cant praise the staff enough! I was happy to learn that by buying what I needed in store, I saved ~50% than if I were to buy the same items online from Amazon. Will be back!

This is a small store, so it doesnt have the expansive selection that a big box store does. But if you need something common, they will have it, and they will have several helpful people to assist you. I really enjoy shopping here.

Awesome Hardware store. Unlike Parkrose Hardware the staff is actually knowledgeable about what they carry and can usually help you find what you need. If they dont have what you need the staff will go out of their way to order it or refer you to another company that has what you need.

Great to have a hardware store nearby! Pretty good selection for a small store. As traffic gets worse and worse its harder to make it to a big box store so this is a great option you could literally save an hour in traffic!

Employees were extremely friendly, quick to greet me and ask if I needed help finding anything. They knew exactly where the items I needed were and even walked me to them and gave recommendations based on what I was using them for. Ive gone to this store twice now and both experiences were the same.

I live 4 blocks away and have been going there to get stuff for my house - everything from fire detectors, paint, tools, pest control, gardening stuff and the list could go on and on. The folks that work there have always been super nice, give great advice and recommendations and I am so happy to have them in my neighborhood.
