The store was really busy when we went but Sara was greeting every customer letting them know she was the only one working at the time & will be with them shortly. When she got to us she was very professional she knew about every shoe we asked about. Sara remained composed & professional with every customer she helped. I was actually surprised at how calm she remained with how busy the store was. We ended up buying two pairs of Hoka One One one for myself & one for my husband. We will absolutely be back to this location thanks to Sara.

Lisa is a ROCKSTARobviously I have foot issues and need proper support. Lisa took the time to let me try several types of shoes with and without insoles to find the perfect pair. She also helped my wife find exactly what she needed as well.

Visited with my girlfriend to help her find replacement insoles and the customer service and attentiveness was amazing. There were ready, authentic smiles that made us feel very welcomed.Added: They were also honest and straight to the point when it came to questions I had for potential footwear.

I have shopped here ever since developing a Mortons neuroma in my left foot. I first bought the New Balance shoes recommended by my podiatrist there, which were the only shoes I wore for 12 weeks, dressed up for church or in jeans. When the issue finally settled with $300 custom orthotics, I went back for prettier shoes. Their podorthiic staff has helped me find cute Mary Jane style shoes for every day work and even some dressy occasions. In one of the classic photos of feet as we started a trip from PDX, a friend on Facebook commented Cute shoes. Mission accomplished.

Super friendly staff, lots of styles of comfy shoes! Went during the pandemic and they had outdoor shopping, mask protocol, and a barrier when helping me with shoes. I went for my achey feet and the employees took time to explain my foot pain and the difference in shoes (my adidas and the shoes I was browsing at the store). Expensive products but helped me a lot and the staff is all great.

This spring I bought three pairs of shoes from WTSF - grey flats and a pair of sandals to wear with jeans and dresses and a pair of black dressy super cute black wedge sandals to wear with dresses and to dress up jeans. The sign of a good purchase is wearing it again and again. Ive done this with all these shoes which prompted me to circle back and write this review.

I like this place a lot! Super helpful, willing to spend a lot of time with you to get you into shoes that fit well, and are suited for your needs. Best sandals I ever bought are from here. I didnt even know Merrell made flip-flops. Theyre wonderful!I think the staff here is just great. And they have good prices, and great sales. Hooray!

Nice shoes, but a touch spendy. I bought Dansko Holland shoes in charcoal color, they feel great and love taking walks in these shoes. Service could have been a bit more friendly but they were very busy, so didnt have a lot of time for chit chat. If you are looking for quality shoes, this is a good place to shop.

It was nice to get good service for a change, Im used to getting no service in shoe stores. The older lady that helped me was nice and really helpful. She found some Merrels that fit perfectly and are the most comfortable hiking shoes I have ever owned. Ill come here for shoes from now on. Quality service and products.

When not working, Im training for the next race or marathon. This has been the case for the past seven years of my life and Ive tried many different shoes. I was in need of a high mileage trainer and happened to stop in today to see what they had to offer. Bill provided me the highest level of service that Ive ever received when out shoe shopping. Id just left a running store that allowed me to try on seven different pairs of shoes but offered no advice or assistance. Bill analyzed my situation, asked me detailed questions, and educated me on why Im not getting the most out of my current footwear. He then proceeded to fit me with a Mizuno that was off the clearance rack. At that point, he could have sold me on any shoe in the store but determined that the sale Mizuno was my best option. I appreciate Bills honesty and level of service. This store and their workers have gained my trust. Ill be back!

One of the things that made me go to this place was that fact that they have a foot doctor on staff and he was very friendly. I told him since Ive been working my feet have been killing me. He told me what my current shoes arent doing, what my feet are doing to try and compensate and why Im always in pain... especially since I work on hard flat concrete surfaces, standing for 7+ hours every day. He brought back a shoe that felt like I was in heaven, and while the shoe was a little expensive, when I wore it to work, I was pain free for the first time in a long time. The fact the doc sat down, listened to me, looked at where Im hurting and gave me a shoe that works is worth every reason to go to this place. I just wanted to stop hurting. Im glad I went here and I think they have a new customer for life (even if their prices are a little high) as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. :-)

Good selection, clean store, excellent help

Awful as soon as I walked through the door. I dont like playing the race card nor do I comment on places often. My first time here and looking for comfortable shoes, I walk in and no greetings from the start. A young man in his twenties proceeds to finally help me after I ask him for an opinion. He walks over and is pleasantly helping me for at least 5 minutes until 3 Caucasians walk through. Not a single word or an excuse me can I help you further, just a walk away and immediately assisting them. I experienced such rudeness and classless behavior before. Unless my money wasnt good enough because I was planning on buying expensive pair of Danskos. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I had a problem with some shoes I got 4 months ago, I thought 2, but that happens and time flies. I brought them in looking for options and they swapped them out for me on the spot, which far and away better than I thought. Thanks folks, still loving the Keen sandals and the wife is a life long fan!

I purchased a pair of shoes from the Fishers Landing location here in Vancouver WA last weekend, the 18th of this month. I was told they would arrive at the store in one week. Today, I called to check on my order as I had not been called for pickup. I spoke with Matt who accidentally hung up on me. When I called back, I spoke with Ryan who informed me my shoes had never been ordered and now, they were out of stock. He said he was away on a business trip and thats why my shoes had never been ordered. He offered no apology. He did send an email with a refund amount, going to the credit card the shoes were purchased on.Because of the horrible service I received at this location, I will not be back. It is unfortunate as this store is close to my home and I looked forward to shopping there frequently.I wish that I had been treated as a valued customer. They have good quality shoes, but I wasnt happy with the service. Like The Fall Guy said, Bill was super helpful, but the other staff was not very friendly or knowledgeable. Not super happy with the overall customer service.

I will not shop at any other shoe store they have done wonders with my planter fasciatis by fitting me with brooks shoes. And my wife loves her keen shoes for work.

If I could give 0 stars I would ... impatience on sales, personal conversations instead of even greeting customers who had been waiting for over 10 mins, and being called in to pick up the wrong shoes I had requested. And I NEVER give bad reviews trust me...pick somewhere else!

Limited stock, staff did not appear very knowledgeable about the shoes they did have. If you have wide feet, dont bother.
