I called to schedule an appointment for a quote on our driveway and when they answered all they said was hello and seemed very distracted. The man on the phone gave me his cell number and had me text him to schedule the appointment. When the day arrived nobody had shown up 15 minutes after the appointment time. I rescheduled for later that afternoon and nobody showed up again. Very unprofessional.
