When you buy big ticket items from TC, they DO NOT go out of there way on warrantees. They ONLY SELL to contractors, but they were willing to sell me a lock for my $1300 screen door that has never locked.

Very irresponsible company. They are the main supplier to all the rescreeners in the area and theyre not selling screen. I asked her, how long do I have to wait? A week? Two weeks? She rudely replied, I dont know.... could be six months! I ordered my screen 3 months ago and they lost my order! I have never seen such a low rating on Google. Its absolutely accurate. Rude staff and awful management. I think the manager for the areas name is Andy..... Andy do something!! For the love of god. Do your job.
