Great repair shop. Mark, the owner, is honest, fair, and trustworthy. Brought my 2000 bmw 323 with multiple dash lights on, and he squeezed me in as Im from out of town and traveling. They diagnosed the issue quickly and made the repairs in a few short hours and I was quite surprised at how fair the price was. I would recommend to anyone this fabulous repair shop

I showed up without an appointment, these guys took the time to diagnose the issue, ordered parts, made the repairs and I had the car back by end of the day, much earlier than expected! Hands down best shop in Venice. My jeep started making weird grinding noises.. it sounded like metal on metal. I pulled off the road & called them. They were booked up and told me to bring it in. I arrived and they immoderately took care of my jeep & solved the issue within minutes. They are super nice and to the extra mile. I highly recommend them!

This was my first experience with Import Automotive Services and I was extremely impressed. The problem was diagnosed and repairs made the same day. Parts were a fraction of what they would have been at the dealer and the labor costs were very reasonable. I will definitely be going back and recommending the business to friends with import autos.
