We have purchased 3 mattresses within the past 2 months from Mattress Firm… they have never let us down. We purchased the first 2 in Pennsylvania to be delivered to our new home in Florida. We needed to change the delivery date twice due to furniture delays, and each time, Mattress Firm worked with us and delivered exactly when needed. Our 3rd mattress was just ordered yesterday and within a few minutes of being in the store, we had our purchase and delivery finalized. Kudos to Mattress Firm for having very knowledgeable and courteous salespeople!

Needed to buy a mattress for new bedroom set. Waited for Labor Day sale week. Purchased a king mattress and received an adjustable base at no charge. Even received a cooling mattress protector at reduced price.Our sleep expert was knowledgeable and courteous. I would shop there again, but our mattress is warrantied for 10 years. Price of a mattress is expensive, but its something that is used every night or day.

I needed to purchase just a box spring and had no idea about what a foundation does for you or your mattress. Fortunately I called a mattress firm in Nirth Haven, Ct. where I needed the box spring and it was suggested I go to my local, Venice Mattress Firm. Once there I explained why I was there to purchase a box spring for another state. It was the best advice to visit the actual store and to know what I was buying. There I met, Ray Black, the knowledgeable salesman who explained everything I needed to know before my purchase. I decided to yes order through Ray for my purchase in Ct. He was extremely helpful, informative, and efficient with my purchase. Because of the experience of both salesman at Mattress Firm, the first gentleman from the North Haven Ct. store and Ray at the Venice store, I would not hesitate to visit and buy there again!

It was a delight doing business with the Venice store. The sales people were very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. No high pressure like at some stores. The first time I went in Bill was helpful, answered all my questions and I left. I brought my wife back and she tested numerous models. We were able to get it down to two models. We left that day to decide. No pressure from the sales person Bill. Went back today and put in our order! Just a great experience!

The level of comfort of the bed We tested out in the show room was NOT the same as the one I received! The reason they gave me when I complained was the showroom bed has been used, so it was much softer. No returns no negotiations totally poor business. Since we slept in it one night they couldn’t take it back, unless we want to pay them another $150.00 to take it back, oh yeah we also had to pay the delivery charge again for them to pick it up! Don’t buy from them.

As soon as I walked in it was all downhill. Nick the “senior store manager” responded as I walked in the door he said “who are you” in a very rude manner.I introduced myself and explained that I’m looking for a mattress and have a budget of up to 1500 with a firmness of medium to firm. He took me to the back of the store and showed me two mattresses which were both very soft and not to my liking as I asked for a more firm option as I stated before. Honestly he treated me as if I was a child just wasting his time and this guy is a store manager? As a serious buyer I was looking forward to purchasing a mattress but not at this store. Would not recommend

We started this process in getting a new mattress in nov 2020. Promised delivery dec27 2020. Gotten so many excuses and cancelled delivery dates. We finally got delivery feb 19 2021. They gave us 120 day to get use to the bed or it can be exchanged. Well the wife had issues. And wanted to exchange for a calif king. It was done delivery was scheduled for beginning of may and got new excuse can’t be done so on the 29th they emailed me saying delivery on the 1 st of June. They called and and gave another excuse. It was ripped in delivery. That was last draw with the excuses so we canceled the whole order they called back for pickup June 2. So we are done with them. So much delay and procrastination. Never recommend them to anyone

My 90yr old mom and l went there not really intending to buy yet, wanted to wait to get a good deal on Black Friday. But....Wow. Delivery time offered was terrible 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The bed is a mattress foam that takes 2-3 hours to settle before sleeping on it. We go to bed early therefore this clearly does not work! Scheduling a time for deliver for a mattress foam bed that takes 2-3 hours to settle before sleeping on it to be delivered at 7:30 pm in the evening is not appropriate. The time for delivery for this type of bed is to be delivered in the morning. Better situational awareness is clearly needed by your sales/logistics personnel.

My wife and I have been looking for a mattress for some time now and had settled on a Purple Premier. We spoke to a couple places but received mixed messages regarding price and delivery time due to covid impact.We contacted Nick Bell and he was extremely up front about pricing and delivery. Excellent service and product! I started my search at Mattress Firm and did not need to shop any further than my own back yard. Chris started the process and then Kyle stepped in the following day to seal the deal and complete the transaction after we decided which mattress we wanted. They guys worked as a team. Kyle was very helpful in explaining the different adjustable legs I could have on my adjustable base, and that I could purchase an adapter to attach a headboard. Bought the bed for mom and she loved it first night. Kyle was super easy to work with. Chris gave me the best product for the best price. Between the two guys, the process was seamless, as it should be. Delivery was the next day! How awesome is that.
