Fantastic service this morning at the Venice FL location. My husband told me his phone was not charging. The charger would not stay in the charging port. Went in for what I figured would be a port replacement, and the first question they asked was had we cleaned the phone. It had “stuff” in the port. They cleaned it and now it works fine! I highly recommend their store and service. Stop by, they have something you NEED for your car, your phone, your home! THANK YOU AGAIN!!

Purchased a used Toyota Corolla for our daughter and the car only had one remote key fob. We went to Batteries Plus and Jordan Radford cut and programmed another key for us. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and worked like a charm. Great service and would highly recommend!!

It all sounds good to offer curbside service, but I waited days to have an acknowledgment that my order was ready to pick up. Never did hear about the second order until I picked up the first, only to learn it was being denied for being out of stock. Very pleasant in person, but not connecting well virtually.

I ordered online. I received notification that my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived everything was ready for me. I had some questions about another type battery. The sales associate checked the computer and I was told you could not get them. He did tell me where to get them and that was greatly appreciated. Also I noticed you change watch batteries. I work at Aston Gardens a senior living facility and so many of the residents need watch batteries changed. Now I know where I will bring the residents if they need any kind of batteries. The young man thought that they might be able to recharge it and would call me the next day. We thought the the motorcycle might have a short causing a drain. It was determined that the battery was faulty and it was replaced under warranty. I appreciate the way in which he treated me with respect and I felt valued as a customer. Ive been to this location at Bird Bay several times and never had a negative experience. The two men behind the counter today exhibited the very best in customer service. Ill be back.

Went in with an IPhone X problem where I couldn’t here the caller talking and speech to text didnt work. Employees cleaned it and got it working again. They did it as a courtesy and I couldn’t be more thankful. Now I don’t have to buy a new phone because I just got this one paid off.

The store was open on Sunday so I didn’t have to wait til Monday to fix my shattered screen. Jordan was reassuring about fixing my phone. It took an hour and I saved $10 with the online appointment scheduling.

My wife brought her iPad in because the power cable would not charge. The gentleman who helped her examined it and after a few minutes found a piece of the charging cable broke off. He extracted it and did not charge my wife. A pleasant experience! I recommend!

These guys did a fine job replacing the battery in my iPhone 6S. Gave me the 10% discount without me asking. Made an appointment online, they had it done within 20 minutes.I dont know why the customers are so difficult to deal with. While I was there a woman was angry because someone had been waited on before her. When that happens with me, I normally say something and get it sorted out right then. I cant imagine going into work every day knowing I would face another day dealing with rude and angry people. All these people, late for their retirement/vacations!Anyway, Batteries Plus Bulbs did well by me. I recommend them.

Bought the battery on line in the morning and had it shipped to the store. I was notified the battery was at the store that afternoon. When I picked up the battery they installed it in 5 minutes. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

I visited this location, today. Thought I had a worn out charger port on my iPhone and wanted to get it fixed. The polite and nice gentleman, wish I got his name, looked at the bottom of my phone and said there might be something lodged in the bottom port. He went to the back and returned quickly, having found a small object he removed, maybe lint or something else, with tweezers. He plugged my phone into a charger and showed me it was charging fine. No charge and an absolute great attitude! I cannot thank this gentleman enough! If you have any battery or repair needs, I highly suggest this location. Thank you, for a very good experience!

Overpriced batteries. because they know if you cant get it anywhere else. youre going to have to pay their price. Save $70 on the car battery and got a better battery with longer warranty.

Helpful employees. I called and asked the employee about garage door back up batteries. She told me there were many types and told me to bring in the battery. I did the next day, the employee matched it and I was done and back to my in laws house in no time. They know their batteries!

This was my second experience. The staff were knowlegeable, efficient. I had cell phone battery issues and other complications...different phones...fixed us up borh times.

I met with Andres. (My husband thought I needed a new battery for my phone.) Andres walked me through everything I was doing wrong with my phone! Turned out I did not need a new phone or battery. Another customer waiting her turn was amazed as how much he knew! As we are older ladies, he could have sold me something I did not need. My husband and I were grateful for his honesty. Scheduled to get a phone screen repaired and when I arrived they did not have the parts. When scheduling, you tell them the phone to be repaired, so a simple call stating the parts were out of stock would have been nice. I did not get an apology and with this type of service, I will not recommend or return to Batterys Plus.

Was looking for a specific connector that I had left on a battery that I turned in for recycling at another store, thinking the new battery I ordered online would include the connector. Wrong. I looked online for the missing connector with no success.I went to Batteries Plus hoping - but not expecting - that they might be able to help me and lo and behold, the technician went in the back and came out with exactly what I needed. They fixed the screen of my iPhone 6 and it was so bad i didnt think they could do it! also gifted me with a free camera because the front one was so scratched! I would definitely recommend! and its a much better price then apple and other places.

My son brought his phone to get a screen replaced on an Iphone 7+ and the first time the tech ruined the proximity sensor. He was told to come back the next day and they would repair it.. He did and when they finished he had a new problem with the phone... It seems the screen is being pressed at all times... They told him to update his phone and it would resolve it. Of course, that didnt work and in the meantime (overnight) the screen cracked from the pressure of being installed improperly. He went back in a day later and they told him they could replace the screen again for 75 dollars. Thank you for great customer service and taking advantage of a teenager... I see it is a way of business here from other reviews posted. We wont be back and certainly, will never refer you!

Did a good job fixing the screen but before they fixed it they said I needed a new button as well. They put in the new button and then decided to tell me that underneath the button was the part hindering it from working yet still charged me $50 for the button. Not cool guys

Battery went down to 5 volt after 4 months charged it till wont take another charge. Paid $180.00 for it & went in a Miata into the trunk in difficult location. So it wasnt something looked forward to replacing, but ridicules keep having to put charge on battery. Fed-up with battery took battery out & into Batterys plus, well anyone knows anything about batteries at 5 volts its no good, BUT the MANAGER would not accept it & forced me to leave the BATTERY telling my WIFE the policy is HE MUST CHARGE IT but he could not show her the policy he blatantly lied ! Hours latter we didnt received phone call from them only after we called 5 hours latter. Manager avoided our call had an employee handle situation. Point is what ever happened to customer being right? In light of a bad battery. Granted we should have brought battery in sooner. We will never go to BATTERIES PLUS should have known Interstate Batteries is far better

I got my screen repaired less than a week ago and since then I have had problems typing and using my phone. My keyboard will freeze and not allow me to type or it will not allow me to use certain letters or number. It will freeze when I am scrolling through social media or the internet and then my phone will not allow me to end and refresh the app. I am very disappointed by the effort of work put into my phone. I would suggest going to the Apple Store to have screen repairs done correctly.

We have always shopped at Batteries Plus; however, when we went today, the clerk (only one in the store) was horribly rude. There was no one in the store and we had to wait over 12 minutes before she would acknowledge our presence even though we had asked for her help. She acted mean and angry for no apparent reason. The store had just opened so her attitude shouldnt be related to work but even if it was, there is no excuse for her behavior. If she had worked for me, I would have fired her on the spot. No question about it. Wont shop there again.
