Staff friendly, great customer service. I would recommend their mid level product though, as ive purchased two (mind you the cheapest) vape batteries this week. 1 nonfunctional out of box and 1 shorted out. Store is great just spend the extra $$$ for the nice stuff like they tell you to, youre only cheating yourself otherwise
