Great customer service at the Venice Staples. Shout out to the general Manager, Jeff, who took the time not only to help find the product I was looking for, but strategize when there was only one left in stock and I needed it quickly. It may seem like a minor thing, but its much appreciated to find folks in retail who are professional yet maintain a human side and a sense of humor!

An amazing place to go! I had to get a clipboard and I had ask an employee where they were and she took me right where they were! She was so nice and helpful and I appreciate that! It’s so clean and quiet its nice to go in there! I recommend anyone to come here to get school supplies or get electronic accessories!

It may be a simple gesture to some, but for me I was touched today when the Staples Representative told me there was no charge to laminate my Covid Vaccine card. Company Policy. Thank you, Staples, you just earned a customer for life!

Check-out wait too long, and cashier unapologetic when I complained. At least three other employees were on duty, none with a customer, but no one came up front and offered to help. Also, store did not enforce its posted mask policy on at least two others who were shopping. So I left in disgust and bought the two items I needed at the Target next door, where things were a lot more efficient. And cheaper. Should have gone there first.

When you finally find someone to help, they go all the way to help you find what you need. I went in to buy blank CD’s to copy back up material from my laptop. The sales person took me a step further and went the extra mile to help me. He recommend another form of storage which made perfect sense and then even directed me to the product on sale! I bought file folders and then as soon as I got home found a full box of the same thing. Several days later they happily took the return and refunded me (with my receipt) and put the credit back on my Card. Very happy with the products and the customer service here.

This store has such a large variety of products. I could spend hours browsing in addition to buying what I came for! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean and well laid out, with aisles of sufficient width so I felt comfortable rather than crowded. The restroom was clean and well-stocked.

The Gentleman that helped us look for Ink for my Laser Jet printer was Great. He tried to find it in the store & they didnt have what we wanted. Was all three colors in one. He took us to the store computer to order on line. Free shipping to our home with no extra charge & next day delivery. It was Super help for us.

I went in to get 2 copies made, no line, no one waiting, two people twiddling the thumbs behind the counter. Asked if I could get 2 copies made, instead of just making them he sent me to a copy machine instead of helping me, he would rather twiddle his fingers leaning on the counter then help someone. What happened to customer service, I will never go into another staples again!!!! They don’t deserve a 1 star but I couldn’t post this without putting it at least a one star. This is the store in Venice Fl. on Tamiami Trail or Hywy 41.

I had purchased a printer online, not realizing what a HUGE cumbersome thing I had ordered. It took me hours and lots of bruising till I realized this would just not work for me. I found out I could return it to the local store in Venice, which is just 15 minutes away from where I live.I was helped by MIKE A., who did an amazing job of helping me get a refund, plus steering me to the right product.He was extremely patient and helpful - I just have to recommend this young man for his wonderful attitude and helpfulness.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I was helped immediately when I was unsure of an item I needed. I prefer shopping at Staples, the store, for my office supplies! Not online, because I like having human contact. They are an excellent place to purchase any of your office, or tech supplies.

Stephanie at the printing station was lovely. She took the time to help me out with creating my first business card ever for my new business and she made it perfect. Thank you so much Stephanie for youreal professional help and she definitely needs a raise.

We called ahead of time to pick up items that another store didnt have, they had it ready and they helped us load the car! Great customer service!

Have had great service in the past here, mainly I buy on the app and pickup in store. In hindsight I should have done that today! Shopping for a new laptop I entered the store with a good idea of what needs I had. The associate did a needs and use annalasys and confirmed what I was thinking, plus added a few other ideas. We narrowed it down to one, and the associate immediately did a transformation into selling a protection package for the laptop. Warranty, virus protection and data transfer from my old laptop. $369 laptop, $480 protection package! 🤔I asked how long I had to decide on the package if I bought the laptop today, in fact I had to ask that three times and he never did give me an answer with a yes or no. He instead was debating with me (when I finally had enough and just asked for a direct answer) that he did answer me! Not the kind of customer service I’ve come to know from staples, and yes I proceeded to another retailer to buy the laptop!

Nice store and friendly staff but very old blueprint printing machine. For good blueprint work, go to Office Depot down the road by Center Street.

I have been shopping in Staples for many years. They usually have everything that I need or can order on line. This time I neededInk and card stock. I got what I wanted and the cashier was very sweet.

Great employees. They went out of their way, above and beyond the norm to help me. I went there to print out a document from my USB stick, was having difficulty due to a configuration issue. Staples IT offical quickly squared it away. Everyone else was great. Thank you folks.

Just another office supply store. I like using blue paper to take notes and this seems to be one of the few places in town that sells different color paper.
