I bought 6 flow-through Smart Vents from Bradley Building Solutions in May 2018 for $1200 plus tax. I received shipment, which looked fine upon arrival. I got busy and didnt open the box until late September. As I began unpackaging the vents to install, I noticed one corner was bent significantly on each vent, with some damaged more than the others. I contacted the company to find a solution, but learned since it had been so long I received the package that the company would not replace the vents, and also that the delivery company probably would not either, so I was on my own. I now have $1200 worth of nice stainless vents with a corner straightened by hammer and dolly on my home. Not exactly what I was planning, and not very satisfied. Buyer beware.
