They have very cute things but I recommend staying away from their furniture as it is very cheap. My husband and I bought a table their the end of April (only June) and only use it for a breakfast table. I noticed today the table is now rocking so when I looked underneath to see what the problem was I noticed a big crack in the wood. Very disappointed in the quality of their furniture and wont buy anymore there.

Super cute stuff for a very fair price!!! I am in love with all the lanai/pool knick-knacks and vintage feeling Hawaiian Tiki bar decor! This place will definitely be part of my regular shopping stops and I know I will never leave empty handed! Every corner I turn, I find something else I CAN NOT live without! :P All the sales people we interacted with were super friendly too!

Every kind of wall hanging, tables sitters, knick knacks, posters, indoor outdoor chimes, lamps, bedroom sets, kitchen sets, couches, loveseats, bar stools, bars, serving tables, couch tables, in tables, pictures, statues, if you can think of it, they probably got it. In any kind of theme that you can think of. Also they have the actions call for times . 2 thumps up go and get it . You know you want it and odds are they have it.

Nothing but good things to say about The Joe Factor. Went in for some patio furniture with not a big budget. Me and wife were both shocked at how low the pricing was on everything. We ended up going with a panama jack outdoor bistro set & still had enough for 2 adirondack outdoor chairs & a side table. The previous store, we barely had enough to cover the lowest priced set they had.Judy & Steve the salespersons we dealt with were nothing short of the kindest people weve dealt with buying furniture. True, good hearted people that genuinely cared about meeting our budget and style needs. We made immediate friends from the jump, and now well be lifetime customers. It made me uncomfortable being in a place where none of the sales reps wore masks. At a time when all the big retailers are requiring them, I’m not sure why this store doesn’t do the same.

A wonderful store has great merchandise..Every thing you need for your home.

Went in the store in may 2020 and spent almost $1500 on items for a new house I bought and dealt with Rich and he was terrific. Unfortunately that is the only positive experience I had while shopping there. On june 8 I went in to buy a few more items to furnish my new home and unfortunately I chipped a piece of glass for a table I bought there (the chip was 100% my fault)and asked the salesman if I could buy a replacement. He said no problem and charged me $49 and asked me to come back after lunch when the warehouse people came back from lunch to pull it for me. I recieved a phone call at 3pm to say that unfortunately the owner wont sell me the glass and to come in for my refund .So my question is this.....? Why would you charge someone for a item and not deliver?Why would you let a customer with a pocket full of cash that is furnishing a brand new home leave your store unsatisfied?Why would you want to lose a customer new to the area that has already spent alot of money in your mismanaged store for good over a $49 item instead of doing the right customer satisfaction that all retail businesses should be doing?So hopefully people will read this and before spending a penny in this store know that there is zero appreciation for your business and money being spent there!!!

Doug was pushy and said he could deliver a mattress for $140. Said this was his best deal. Looked on line delivery to my area was $70 and the mattress was much cheaper on line and at other stores. Cancelled the order over the phone on Sunday and asked for my check back and was told the office was closed. When I called and wrote to store I was told the order had not been placed and could be cancelled. Doug called back a day later stating I could not back out and that the order was placed and the other person lied that I could cancel. Online they advertize that they will match prices; but they do not. They are out to cheat you please go somewhere else. No customer service and very high prices.

Nice scam they pulled with getting their business boosted with likes on Facebook, say there is a contest with a mere like, share and comment, then DAY OF, tell the hundreds of people that followed along you now have to be present to win, scam, fraud and shame on you! you have not gained any business and you have lost any credibility by pulling a scam like this! you could have gained many customers with your generosity; not now that you have shown your true colors in a dishonest contest! what difference would it make if people arent present...hmm! is that a scam too, what family member or friend was it that won the prize....youre being closely watched now, too bad greed took over within a small local business. looks like the other furniture stores in the area will be the true winners here!
