We are SOOOO happy with our new Fantasy Brown granite countertops! Fabiana Williams and the team at Empire were wonderful to work with. While their prices were pretty much inline with other granite countertop places in the area, Empire didnt nickle and dime you to death with extra charges for cuts and removal. They were also very quick with the job. We actually had to slow then down a bit due to the fact we came down with the Red Tide flu (or something like that) during the time we had set up for the install. They patiently worked around our altered schedule. The templates were completed in several hours and the installation only took around seven hours including dismantling our old laminate countertops. The result is beautiful and my wife Donna couldnt be happier with them!Many thanks to Fabiana and the crew for a job done with craftsmanship and excellence!

I had a wonderful experience working with Mary and Douglas and his helper who did the template and install. Very good communication and Customer Service. We love our new granite countertop in our outside kitchen. I do plan on using them again for another project I have in mind. I recommend them.

We are shoppers. That means we try to check every possible place to get the best bang for our bucks. Empire Stones is without a doubt the best there is. We chose our granite in August and they held it for our November installation. We insisted on getting the largest slab possible on our 4’ x 8’ countertop configuration and they delivered. They even came out twice to ensure a smooth delivery in the elevator to our 5th floor condo. The installers themselves were very professional and very highly skilled. We couldn’t be more satisfied and we now have a beautiful kitchen. The price for the granite was so good we replaced the double sink vanity top in the bathroom at the same time.

They the worse.. took forever to get my countertop. And when they came, I had like 7 rusty stains.. I call and left messages. Never received a call back, so I decided to show up at the store. All I got is sorry, I will take care of it.. so they came. Put some liquid on the rusty spot and told me to keep it there for 24hr, so I did.. when I took the paper out, my countertop was still rusty and the liquid was eating the color away, so now I have rust & a ruff stain countertop.. I called and messaged them with no answer.. STAY AWAY FROM THEM..

Great experience from the start, Fabi introduced herself to my wife and I and allowed us to take our time looking at the entire inventory. We chose what we liked and set up a day to have a template made. Once that was completed they set up an installation date. The installation mechanics were spot on, and our kitchen looks awesome! Everybody was so friendly. Highly recommended.

Had two bathroom vanity tops supplied and installed by Empire Stone Solutions. The price was very competitive and the sales staff was very attentive to our specific request for placement of the template on the slab to get our desired overall look.The installation team was very polite and ably made minor modifications to the counter top to get a good fit to the wall. This was important because our installation does not have a back splash which would normally cover up a poor fit.All in all - a good experience that resulted in an attractive renovation.

I think Empire Stone Solutions is terrific. I love the selection of natural stones, and the cost is more than competitive. I also place a high value on good customer service, and they have it! It is so important in this type of business. Fabiana is particularly good in this department. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me. I would highly recommend this business.

Stay away from this company,do not walk run away!!!!!!!!!!total lack of communication!!!!!!!!!,after the first incident to long of a storyI was going to get my deposit back but the owner Leo was there an talked me out of it,MY MISTAKE.numerous problems to many to mention as a said before total lack of communication!!!!!!! said they would call back,never did I had to call them i am going to give you just 1 example,called Friday morning spoke to Fabi said she would call back never did,i called her she told me they would be there Monday to install my counter,stayed home all day Monday waiting no show no phone call,i finally called them at 4:30 they said there was a problem.
