Ace Hardware on Jacaranda Boulevard in Venice lives up to its name … the folks who run the business are the ones who can make it or break it. Chandler and his well trained men and women make my visits easy and friendly. They always have what I need, the aisle where it is situated, and more often than not, other options that might meet my needs as well! Great products, great atmosphere, and great folks make Ace Hardware on Jacaranda the BEST!

Excellent shopping experience. They have that place packed to the hilt with stuff! A clean and organized place. Could do better om assisting customers. Dont let your customer wander the store for 20 minutes looking for something. Ask them what they are looking for!

I love this place. Someone always asks what they can help you find. And a big one for me is, they dont talk down or mansplain to me. They treat me like a knowledgeable adult. I dont always get that from the big box stores.

Really nice store with a friendly and helpful owner & staff! I love a more small-town feel and Im always greeted when I walk in and asked if I need help finding anything - which is so much better than the other big name stores where you have to track people down. Ive usually been able to find what I need quickly, and if they dont have it in the store, they can always get it shipped in.

Cant go wrong at Ace great customer service if you need it, they have everything.

Jerry has been the most helpful associate I have ever came across! I came right in and was asked Immediately what I needed help finding. Thats some service you dont receive in the big box stores. Jerry helped me find exactly what I needed. My experience was quick and easy thanks to the great guys at this location. I would definitely recommend this location over the others.

John at Ace is AMAZING!! I had created a problem of a stripped screw and could not move forward with my project until I got it out. I made 3 separate trips (fortunately we work in the same plaza) before John offered to walk down and see if he could help me get it. Within 5 minutes he had it out and was on his way back. YOURE MY HERO! And new favorite ‘neighbors’. Thank you, John for all your help, and Ace for being so conveniently close!

Ive been waiting for years for a local hardware store to open near me. I go to this Ace all the time and they always have whatever Im looking for. The service here is spectacular!
