I hired Absolute Aluminum to tear down my old sunroom and build me a new one. There were bumps in the 3 month process but the bottom line is that their workers were awesome, friendly and professional and their work was superb. I absolutely love my absolute aluminum sunroom!

I used absolute aluminum based on the recommendation from the sales manager within my community. I called, had them come out for an estimate, and was told it was 12-14 weeks until I could get the lanai screened in. I had to follow-up multiple times for the correct paperwork to submit to my HOA for approval. When I received notice my lanai could be installed, they do not provide an exact time/date AND if they dont finish the weeks prior job, you keep getting delayed. They finally did install it and left a large gap under the door, which I had to call back and wait additional days for it to be fixed. Finally, when it came time to pay, the invoice went to my email, which I had not checked (I was expecting something in the mail) and I got an extremely RUDE woman calling me to settle the balance. Dont come at me, I am not a deadbeat trying not to pay, I just didnt see the email! I will NOT be recommending them to anyone else in our community as I was extremely disappointed in the overall attitude of the company - not customer friendly.

Only complaint we would have is the time line from hiring Absolute Aluminum to the completion of the work was long. Took around 12 to 15 weeks before being scheduled. Other than that very happy with their work and professionalism!

We had Absolute Aluminum enclose our Screened Lanai 7 years ago with their Elite Window system. Was told Elite was the best there was. But, The double-paned Elite windows developed ugly stains between the glass panes. Elite windows only guaranteed for 5 years.AA will not do anything about the ugly panes, so I would recommend going anywhere else for windows and gutters. They do NOT stand by their products! AA told me I should’ve bought better windows!!! So take their advice and buy better windows from someone else.

This is the second lanai, as it is the second home I’ve bought, that absolute aluminum has built/worked on. The first project was in 2009 and they just completed my second home’s “make over”. Absolute Aluminum’s quality of work is consistently top-notch! I must admit in 2020/2021 they are process of communication and streamlining and answering questions as far surpassed the great job they did in 2009. With this pandemic and difficulty obtaining materials I can only imagine how difficult any project has been for them and they came through beautifully. Hi DJ, so far as we have discussed the quality has been fairly good, the scheduling, and completion disappointing. Things were supposed to be done when I left Sarasota on June 10. When I left, the wall on the lanai was not finished professionally in the right upper corner and needed a second coat of white paint due to damages done installing the cage and the inside of the cage was dirty and needing cleaning. The back concrete pad was not in and still isnt to the best of my knowledge and the front patio work was started with plantings removed, but to the best of my knowledge concrete has not been poured although I received a notice that it should be this week. Would love to talk again and go over status and have a facetime walk through of the finished product. Thanks again for reaching out. Ann

The quality of the installation was just fine. Once they finally arrived they were able to complete the job in one day.Like I say once they finally arrived. My job was postponed five times. I scheduled it five months in advance yet they were unable to keep their schedule. When I attempted to contact the scheduling department to find out why my installation was taking so long to begin, I was told to check an email sent me earlier and follow those directions. I was told I would be notified the night before the installation would take place. I also asked to be contacted by someone so I could discuss the front door options. I really didn’t want to have just a Plain Jane screened front door and was willing to pay for an upgrade to a nicer door. I never received a phone call about the door and consequently, when the installation was completed, I ended up with a Plain Jane door. IAs I said, the quality of the job was good but everything leading up to it so far short of satisfactory.

Installers were fantastic. communication was good but sometimes there was a little confusion. Have recommended this company to other customers.

The finished product was worth the wait. Great job!After we purchased our home we found a leaky lanai on our hands. Considering its age, and the likelihood of not being able to successfully repair the leaks, we decided to replace it with a new one. After inspecting other lanais in the neighborhood, we contacted three companies for bids on our project.After reviewing the various proposed drawings, comparing estimates and the professionalism offered by each of the three companies, we settled on Absolute Aluminum. Also, prior to the construction start several others came and reviewed our plans with us again to insure that every detail was right.Once the project got underway, progress was quick - Tear down of the old lanai, some roof repairs and construction of the new lanai. Not quite ready to rate because punch list not totally complete. Some of the workmanship not a five star but Eli and Pat finally came to inspect and finish the uncompleted job which was also not sealed properly subsequently allowing leaks. They made it right. It took lots of phone calls to get it done right. Still waiting for slab by back door to get adjusted. This is all after being paid in full 😢

I was very impressed with the measurement and design process which resulted in a cage that fit to a “T”. All their commitments were completely fulfilled and my expectations fully met. Soon after completion a quality inspector was sent to check the job and solicit and concerns I had. I had none. I recommend them without any hesitation. How can I give them any stars if they don’t follow through. The guy was short with me when. Looking at my lanai and told me he have a quote to me in two days. 7 days later still nothing. I texted him and he never bothered texting me back. We will look elsewhere as this is not good service when they waste my time for a quote to never get one.

Very pleased with the end project. Although we had some delays, we were moved up towards the end so we didnt have to wait until closer to Christmas.
