Became the worst WAWA. Last 6 months never get fresh coffee. Most of time no BBQ sauce. Last night wanted to take regular coffee but little bit came out, then hit the Columbian one still little bit came out then hit the decaf and one of the employees said coffee can’t be mix n match!! Don’t know who is running the business and how this lazy Nd nonsense employee got the job at wawa! I go to this WAWA everyday but no more!

A quick stop at Wawa allows me to use the restroom and get a soda. I also enjoy a soft pretzel with my soda. The soft pretzels are located by the register. Quick....in and out.

After all night running news crew, it becomes very helpful at a convenient location.

Pasta bowls are delicious. Employees are rude. Store is usually disorganized and dirty. Orders aren’t ever ready for doordash/Uber eats drivers.

After reading the reviews from people saying they get delivery orders wrong, I still decided to place an order cause I was desperate. And you know what, they messed up three things in my order. Are the employees in this location just refusing to read orders before packing it up? It’s ridiculous. You guys need to do better.

I used to drive the extra distance to the Wawa in the heights because this one is so terrible. I would rather drive to a Wawa in Delaware than go to this one. Awful coffee. I dont even know how you could possibly mess up the coffee. Just awful.

Incompetent deli crew that made me wait at least 30 minutes for my order because an employee marked it as made without it actually being made! Numerous orders were made and picked up while I and another person (#949) waited. Someone did the same thing to his order as well. The supervisor John made my order and offered a sad “ sorry for the wait” comment. To top it off, he didn’t make it right! My order should have been comped due to business error.The store is known for messing up orders; the supervisor has the deli crew make rushed drops due to food missing from delivery orders.I suggest you go to a different store all together.

My first wawa ever. Been going here since I was like 6yrs old. Love this place. Always stop here whenever I come down from 15miles away.

DO NOT ORDER UBER EATS FROM HERE!!! My first attempted delivery was not my order, the second attempt I ordered Diet Coke and received Diet Pepsi, my muffin is smashed, the yogurt cup is broke, the food is all ice cold! Plus it was 2 hours of this until I gave up! Such a horrible experience!

Service is excellent even when they are busy. The staff was very friendly and kind. Prices that wont break you. Atmosphere is like a restaurant in Fort Worth I loved.

Im from Brooklyn, everytime Im in jersey, I prefer wawa 100 percent over 7 11 or other spots by far. Wawa has a great reputation

Girl making drinks today had mask off for my whole order and then she caughed with my cup with no lid. I Threw drink in trash and left. I guess wawa does not take this very seriously. Many of our workers and friends are sick and in hospitals with covid. Trade workers often go to wawa for lunch, I think they need to enforce the rules better with their employees. I personally hope this review causes them to reevaluate their mask policy for employees.

I was so excited to have a burrito from you. It was low grade dog food. I ordered 3 sour creams dodnt get any I am dp disappointed in you people, pay attention. Youre lucky to have a job. Wawa, use ground beef, your mystery beef is discusting. Get a clue.

This is a pretty good Wawa. I went in here to buy some beers for the bachelor party. Tommy and Mick came with me, but they waited in the car. The cashier had looks that kill. I paid cash. Hoping that my hangover doesnt last too long because my head is pounding as I try to type this in the back of the van.

The store itself is wonderful great service food si well prepared and very clean ...do not use grub hub for your deliveries not many grub hub drivers i waited and hour for one delivery driver to show up

I ordered DoorDash from here and they did my order wrong twice I called them 4 times and no answer yet when I went there you could clearly hear phone ringing they just ignored it

They made my order incorrect I came back asked for a new one & it was still prepared wrong.. you tell me if that’s was an accidental or on purpose. I really didn’t appreciate the customer service I was given just throw the whole wawa away🤢

I bought a ham and cheese bagel melt yesterday night. Normally it would be pack with ham but they had the audacity to put one slice in my bagel melt. To top it off I did not get a receipt so I couldnt even get a refund even if I wanted to.

Over an hour after they confirmed my order for 3 SANDWICHS they still havent confirmed they made them.. and of course they cant figure out how to answer a phone. I really cant believe this job is that hard.

I ll go every morning to by a drink the people the work in the morning just take a look at and they take there time to make the drink only talking and playing with the ! Manager in to be taking care of customers people whant to buy and go i go in there 3 time a day

I order a bowl of mac and cheese with chicken strips, avocado and spinach and paid online via the app, just got the mac and cheese. Why should I pay more for the things that I didnt even received. I am very disappointed.

If you cant read or make a sandwich get a new job. I ordered a cheese steak with certain things didnt get them. I also ordered sides of peppers and pickles. Didnt get them either. Sandwich is lousy half filled, girl behind the counter didnt care just said the ticket number threw the sandwich on the counter and walked away.

Girl at the counter was super sweet. Im a person of color, and she is not. At a time where politics and the media seem to be taking us backward, Its very wonderful to be treated with humility and respect by someone who doesnt look like you.#WereAllHumanBeings

Im the only person in the whole place and they still mess up my order. Chicken and mash with bacon not mac and cheese. Ended up spending 8 dollars on 3 overcooked chicken tenders. Fabulous!!!!

Staff is the best. Left CCs home, they were very patient as I tried to get NFC to work. No luck but A for effort.

This store has the best Wawa staff that I have ever encountered. Employees have gone out of their way to meet my needs. The only issue is the very tiny parking lot.

Good clean ...well stocked and staffed. Small lines every visit but line moves fast. There is no gas at this location

The girl working deli on Monday evening around 7pm made the best brisket sandwich Ive ever had at WAWA. And the guy working as cashier was A+

As always with any Wawa, its great and well maintained, just beware, there are no public restrooms here and the stuck up rich people that wonder in here can be a pain.

After watching what happened at the Starbucks in Philadelphia, the Wawa in Ventnor needs to take heed and give their employees some bias training on how to treat the customers who provide them with a paycheck. Check out the video of a teacher who frequented that business and was disrespected by employees and treated as the troublemaker by Ventnor police.

The hotdog cost $2.40 a 1/4 lb and was burnt on the ends. Good staff. The dogs were $1.80 Not long ago. Seems all wawa pricing has had a large increase

Out of all the Wawas I have been going to since they came to Jersey I have to say this is the worst one. Even when the store isnt busy it takes 10 mins to check out due to the fact they dont have enough staff. The manager (didnt catch his name) is always grumpy.. The associates are busy talking to each other or checking their phones. They have 4 registers and when there are 20 people waiting to check out its extremely annoying that only 2 registers are running. Its summer hire more staff maybe smile. If retail isnt your thing look for another job. Sorry Wawa but someone needs to mystery shop this location so the see what us customers see

Staff is friendly and around Thanksgiving you can get a gobbler sandwich which has turkey cranberry sauce stuffing... Their quesadillas are OK too. Parking gets full sometimes but its a brief wait.
